Roses Discount Store — Local services in Bowling Green

Went to the store looking for item on sale. Couldn't find it so asked a manager for help to see if they had it in stock. She replied have you seen the stockroom. Went back there for a second and came back and said I don't know if it's in there or not. Ask the lady did they have a list of what was in the store she replied that they have no list. If you can't keep up what's in store that's a reason for stuff to get stolen especially if you can't keep up with your own inventory. Roses needs a makeover from the inside out the store used to be really nice but it has gone downhill shelves are empty. And customer service...

This place is a mess. Management cannot control the store, area is not safe and high theft activities in the store. People who work thier they don't even notice what is going on in the store. It seems they are always short staffed. This place needs a powerful management and a whole new plan to make it at least easy to shop at. Although shoppers don't seem like they like to keep things organized so most of them can do easy shoplifting but I don't know how this store or the company can control shrink or theft or even manage a store which looks like a...

Love shopping at roses one my favorite stores but I used there bathroom today and the first thing you smelled when you walked in was fish and poop ! I went to go to one of the stalls the last one to be exact and there was no water in the toilet nothing but black stuff in it . The trash cans didn’t look like they been cleaned for days and pee on the toilet sit . They definitely need to do better with cleaning their restrooms maybe even an air freshener...
