This particular store has been rude to me on mutiple different occasions. a recent one, tonight I pulled in and pressed the red button and a worker said “ we’re only drive through rn” and I just wanted to ask if they had boba before waiting in line and wasting my time but they didn’t even listen for my response and cut me off. I personally work a fast food job myself i fact I’m a shift leader. And the amount of rude interactions honestly has me fed up with this store. Another time I ordered a cherry limeade with real cherries and a worker rudely interrupted me saying “you do know that they already have real cherries in them right??” It was said with a rude tone and I was aware that they did, but there’s been several times they haven’t put any in even when I’ve asked. ANOTHER time I came through with my friend with a mobile order, and we told them we had two orders and told them the names on them and they made us wait an hour and tried to give us old food that had been sitting there the whole hour and when she asked for fresh food they only remade the food and not our melted slushes and basically said it was our own fault. I understand mistakes happen but at a certain point if your workers can even be nice what are you doing??? I hope to see better service from this store in the future but for now I’ll be going to literallly any...
Read moreon more than one occasion I waited for my food for more than 30 minutes. On the first occasion I got my food and it was cold, and had to come back to the place. We were the last car to be served, even though we were the first car there, yet our food was not fresh. Then when we went to go get our food remade we had to wait even longer. The staff pretty much did not care and was just trying to get us away from the facility, and rush us out. then they gave me a token for a free medium drink. After all the money, and time spent you think everything is worth a medium drink? Also on another occasion I went and waited at the drive-through for more than 45 minutes waiting on a BURGER. One employee then reached her head out the window and said sorry we turned off our grill. Why would you turn off your grill before closing time? only was it not closing time, but they knew we had been sitting outside their window for 45 minutes waiting on the food. So then we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to reheat the grill and cook everything. And all we got was a “sorry about that.“ we didn’t even get a token that time. We gave this sonic many chances and yet they haven’t done us good one time. I would give it a zero star...
Read morePlaced my order on the app and waited 30 minutes to receive my order only for the carhop, Dakota, to inform me the drink he had wasn’t mine and he would be right back with it. After another 20 minutes he hadn’t returned so I hopped in the drive thru to ask for my drink and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes in that line. At the window we were met with an employee trying to give me a drink that wasn’t mine, a manager with an AirPod in his ear complaining that his carhop had orders to take, and a carhop (Dakota) who said no he didn’t make my drink and he didn’t remember it being ordered. I offered them to look at my receipt 3 times for my remake drink and still received an incorrect drink that tasted like straight cherry syrup with a lid covered in soda. When we mentioned having to wait an hour for fast food no one in the store had anything to say. At this point the food we had received 30 minutes ago was cold, and my fries were stale and inedible.
