Great place to do your floral shopping arrangements with. I went online to place my order for a family members funeral, & kinda at the last minute too, the website was easy to use, but I still called the shoppe because I didn't want to make any mistakes on my end, & it not get there when I needed it to. I spoke with a very nice lady named Heather on the phone who was very helpful, & so pleasant to talk to, & walked me right through everything I needed to do, even helped me with what to say on the card, without making me feel silly for not knowing myself what to do. She then assured me there would be no problem having them there even a little sooner than I was expecting. So I was very pleased with that as well. And she even sent me a text of a picture of them afterwards to show me how nice they looked, so I got to see what I actually had ordered and paid for, and wasn't expecting that at all, and wasn't able to attend the funeral either. So without her sending me that photo, I wouldn't have ever known what they looked like. Heather went above and beyond her job duties as a florist that day, taking care of me and my needs for that day. Wonderful customer service and beautiful flowers! We ordered 2 flower arrangements on Thursday for a funeral being held today (Saturday). The lady who worked with us when we ordered was wonderfully sweet and knowledgeable. She gave us honest feedback on what she thought would look best, based on the ideas we gave her, without breaking the bank. We ordered a gorgeous basket of white rose and light green carnations which she filled with greenery and purple baby’s breath. It was simply gorgeous! We also ordered a vase of carnations “from the animals” to our loved one; the vase held 5 white carnations which the edges were dipped in blue, and 2 pink carnations, lots of greenery and baby’s breath. She also included a very well made blue and pink bow on the front of the vase, without us asking her to! The bouquets were vibrant in color and were crisp - not wilted or missing petals. Both sets of flowers cost us under $100 which was a fraction of what others would have charged for something similar. I had a last minute order that I was most certain I was not going to be successful to get from anywhere. However, I decided to try anyway so I decided to go to The Bouquet Shoppe first. I have never shopped here or even heard anything about them. When I arrived the owner was out making a delivery but there was a sign on the door to call for an order. I decided to call and she said she was just a few minutes out so I told her I would wait. When she arrived I told her what I was looking for and because of Valentines just ended anything with red especially roses was going to be almost impossible.
