United States Postal Service — Local services in Boyertown

Spoke with PHIL, regarding a missing package. Phil never gave me his name, I had to find that out on my own. He just stated he was the post master which I now found out was a LIE. Phil's upset that I keep filing service requests on missing packages so he threatened to remember my address & told me they have a special bin for addresses like mine where USPS doesn't exceed our expectations. Basically threatening to lose or delay my future packages on purpose. Told me my packages "will get there when they get there" and to stop filing claims. I filed a complaint against the post master since that's who he was impersonating. Turns out he's just a liar with a bad attitude that likes to threaten women. I encourage everyone who has had issues with PHIL (hes the man who answers the phone) to do the same. It's time for him to go!!!

I have been complaining for over a year about our rural route carrier. We have received mail later and later to now past 4p daily. She is beyond lazy and it infuriates me! She leaves packages out uncovered exposed to the weather to be blown away, rained on, etc... I have witnessed her tossing my packages out of her Jeep window onto the ground in front of my house, and when I went out to confront her she was rude and drove off. She then started shoving them into the fence down the road where our mailboxes are located. We live on a farm with a lengthy driveway, so now she is literally just stopping at the end of the driveway and leaving them on the ground near the road! I was actually able to catch her today leaving a package from Kohls there and I videotaped her. The couriers at the Boyertown USPS have been slacking for quite some time now. From losing packages and saying they've been delivered or not bringing mail to my slot or to my door they really haven't been fulfilling their minimal requirements. Today I received my Diploma for my Master's degree on the envelope it clearly says "OFFICAL DOCUMENT- DO NOT BEND". My parcel was bent so that my degree that I have just earned now has crease down the length of it. I can order a new one but who's to say that it won't meet the same fate. When I addressed the courier they gave me a half hearted apology, however when dealing with other people's belongings or important documents show some care or pride in your work.
