Colebrookdale Creamery — Restaurant in Boyertown

First I want to state that me and my family are very enduring people and so we have given this place 3 tries now. They have only been open for a month or 2 so maybe they are stil trying to figure things out. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed each time. It takes an incredibly long time to get your order and the employees were not people people. The portions have gotten smaller each time we have gone. I have worked in an ice cream shop and could have done the job 2 or 3 times faster by myself. The staff seem inexperienced and come across unfriendly. If (and it's a big if) we go back it will be a long while in hopes that things will be better established.

The best part is that my kids love seeing the trains while we are there and there was live music last time which was nice. Enjoy the atmosphere which is what gave it a 2 star. I really hope the place gets more efficient cause it could be a nice play to go regularly but the service is hard...

There was a man working on a vehicle. Turns out he was a worker, hands were not washed prior to making ice cream after just working on a vehicle. Staff acted like we were a bother coming in for ice cream. Didn’t even ask what we wanted just stared for a little. The pb express sundae; has no peanut butter in it, no pb sauce, no Reece’s pieces, no Reece's like it advertises. It was just a scoop and a half of pretzelvania ice cream chocolate sauce and brownies. Didn’t even get a spoon had to reach over the counter for one! Waste of money , should have...

super wierd environment. We were not greeted at all by the staff, and they didn't even ask us what we wanted, just stood there and stared at us for a while. $7.50 for a sundae that was poorly made and didn't taste good. Portion size of the sundae was a joke. Waste of time and money I...
