I pulled up at 8:54 pm on Sunday (10/3/2021) and the man that was outside ran inside and locked the door as soon as he saw me. Then they proceeded to tell me that they are closed and I said “it’s not 9 yet”. Another girl pulled up and the same thing even though we both only needed one item. The man then turned around to the lady that told him “no” and then he said that the systems were down. That’s not right at all. If you close at 9 then the doors need to get locked at 9 not when you see a customer pull up. Mind you it 8:56 when I finally pulled off. They could have at least asked us what we needed and then got it for us but nope they don’t know what professionalism is. I’ll be sure not to come back and never send anyone to this again. Store owner said that there were no refund policies but an exchange policy if I didn’t like it. I came back to the store a couple days later with my receipt trying to exchange one item out of the few I bought from the store and he said did you use it? I said yes one time and my curls did not look good with this product that’s why I want to exchange. How would I know if I like it or not without trying it. You usually can return products at any cvs ulta or Walgreens Walmart target etc and because I tried the product one time and tried to exchange he now told me I couldn’t. I drive by 3 beauty supply stores to get to this one. Prices are very competitive, they will beat other stores prices if you bring in the flyer. The owner is very honest and fair. Today, I came in with my newborn, and I was preoccupied on an important phone call from work. He saw that the larger container of the same exact produce was on sale, so he went and grabbed it for me. Then he whispered “the bigger one is on sale, so I’ll ring this one up for you instead”. He also told me all the other products I got were on sale as well (cheapest I’ve ever seen by almost 50%). Great selection as well, and they take requests of items you want and make sure to get it in stock. Only thing is that the girls are a bit rude sometimes when the owner is not there.
