Okay, so keep in mind…I don’t really eat Subway to begin with but my friend brought home a sandwich that was so good, i wanted to order my own. So i ordered from the closest Subway near my job, (which happened to be this one) and used their mobile app (for the first time) to order my food. So I ordered and left my job to pick up, and sat in my car until I received a notification that my food was ready. When I entered the location there was a line out the door (which i wasn’t complaining, every where is short staffed) But i noticed they had an area that said “Pickup” I walked over, and there was a lady finishing up in front of me so I stood there and waited. I was going to wait for the lady to finish to tell the women upfront i wad picking up. But then all of a sudden this lady making the sandwich says “are you picking up” and of course i told her yes … and she throws up her hands and said “well obviously its not ready yet.” as she closing the oven door. (which i assumed was my sandwich she was making) so i said no worries and just stood there. The lady upfront was super nice and told me i could have a seat. So i sat down and at this time the line has one gentleman and he is ordering 3 sandwiches. The rude employee at that moment starts making my sandwich and the man takes notice and says “you can start working on her tiny one, i know i have a big order” He looks at me and smiles. The rude employee proceeds to says “no she can wait” and at this moment i’ve been here always 30 mins of my hour long break, and the guy just turns around and says he’s sorry. The employee then goes and says “here” as she basically slides it across the counter . This is why I just don’t eat food from subway. Terrible customer service!!! Always. Never again will i be coming here. Complete waste of time,...
