often come to this checkers for a late night snack. often times it's a good experience, mostly though, long wait times to even speak to an employee for an order. then on multiple occasions, after taking the correct order on the receipt, they proceed to give the wrong orders. having an old stubborn father, he neglects to let this go without being heard. he'll end up calling them up each time this happens and speak to the manager on staff for said night. each time they give word they've written his name down and he would be compensated. points where we paid 20 dollars for fast food, only to get the cheap 1 dollar versions of their burgers which would only be 8 dollars worth. when brought up to attention, they again give word to compensate their customers. and when we bring it up in person they refuse to deal with their frequent mistakes. we drive 30 minutes to our nearest checkers, we can't exactly return the food after our late night run, and the food would in turn just be thrown out. so we eat the food they mistakingly give us each time. keep in mind you can't tell the difference of these burgers till you unwrap and deconstruct them. just a few words to explain how this checkers holds up to a good one star rating from most people...
Read moreOrdered food at this checkers, and when I arrived home and opened the items i found mold on all the sandwiches as well as the tortillas from one of the order was stale and the fries were stale. I drove another 10 mins to the checkers spot and i demanded a full refund. The manager on duty Phil who was very rude and unpleasant told me that he does not know how to do a refund nor would he figure out a way to give me money. A relied heavily on manager who would be here the next morning to give me a refund. I have to say this is outrageous for a manager on duty to not know how to perform a refund. Mind you, this was after he took my recent and closed the sliding doors on me. And I had to get the other team member to call him to give me my full refund. The other team member as well was very rude and i found a lot of food safety as well as he’s pants was sagging, he had no gloves on and I noticed he touched his pants multiple times before touching the foods. Regardless of this fact I would appreciate it if i received my refund, I will be going in the morning to get this refund and i will contact corporate as well. Read moreOn 5/27/25 at 2pm. Black woman taking orders is extremely rude. We asked for a minute to decide our order and she says okay. Not even 10 seconds later she starts yelling “what??? Hold on! Can you just hold on for a damn minute?” I then say “ can you please give us a minute?” Shes replies with a scoff yelling OKAY. Unacceptable behavior and treatment from an employee that’s supposed to be taking peoples food orders and at least having decent customer service. Was planning on bringing my youth baseball team to this location while we were in town for the week but we will be finding somehwere else. If the customer service is that bad I can’t imagine how awful the food is and the how disgusting the place is. Smells bad around there and looks nasty. Find somewhere else to go! This place clearly needs to be on undercover boss. I hope the owner sees this! Also some really shady characters hanging around the place..
