We never felt pressured to purchase one engagement ring over another, nor did we ever feel pressured to pick one diamond over another. Ben has exceptional situational awareness and could tell exactly what my fiancée preferred, which was very beneficial when making the final decision. And after she wore the ring for a month, Ben did a phenomenal job making a slight adjustment to the sizing, resulting in an even better fit.

As far as the products, the rings turned out wonderfully. We received them when he said they would arrive, and they are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Ben did a marvelous job setting the diamond for my fiancée’s ring; it’s perfect.

I was traveling through Bozeman this summer as part of our wedding roadtrip and destination wedding in West Yellowstone. I discovered a few days before our wedding that my engagement ring diamond was loose. I went to another jewelry shop in Bozeman first, hoping they could quickly help tighten the diamond to prevent me from losing it at a time when I really needed to be wearing it. They turned me away because they were "too busy" as soon as they realized I wouldn't be purchasing anything new in their shop. I tried Benjamin Jewelers, and the shop owner immediately took my ring to the back and had the diamond tightened down in less than 5 minutes! He didn't bat an eye at my request, charged me minimal despite the urgent nature of my problem, and was extremely polite. I needed to have my husbands wedding ring sized and brought it here. I asked that they add gold and not stretch the gold and they agreed that was something they had no issue with. After a long wait I returned to pick up the ring and they had sized it to a completely wrong size. Another long wait and they returned the ring stretched so thin it was uncomfortable and dangerous.
