I am super excited to have this place in town, and close to where I live. The first time we went (last week) the crew was able to easily deal with the crowd in a timely, organized manner. Today, it was a crap show. We were there for nearly an HOUR in line. The cooks weren't moving faster than a snail to prepare the food that the line was asking for, they were standing around talking etc. The line was pretty good, there were four employees there and the guys handled the crowd with great communication skills and with a calm, professional attitude. There was one gal that was just FRAZZLED and was a bit snippy not only with the rest of the crew, but with the customers. We ended up waiting after paying for an additional 15 minutes for shrimp that were already made...I had to walk back through the crowd to get the rest of my food. Sadly, after the hour of waiting, the gal had placed one of the entrees sideways in the bottom of our bag spilling the contents and sauce all over the place. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying I don't normally do bad reviews. I don't think they should justify, maybe a bad day the store was having. But this is not a 1 time issue I have had. Bozeman panda you need to step it up. I am saddend to see our panda so disorganized. I choose to online order so that I do not have to wait in line. But now with my experiences, if I would ever choose to go back, it would almost be better to wait in line. Then you can guarantee your order will be made and it will be hot when you eat it. This is the 3rd time I have had to wait over 15 minutes, after my online order was supposed to be done, to receive it. There's more than that. While waiting outside you can see them make your order and then place it bagged behind them. I have watched time and time again my order be made then set aside to sit on their counter for over 10 minutes before being brought forward to the pick up shelves. Read moreI was happy to see a Panda Express come to Bozeman but this place was a big disappointment. Food was okay but employees lack basic communication skills. Did not get what we ordered, then (over)charged us for some thing we did not order or receive. I notified someone we did not get what we ordered and that we were charged for something else and they admitted we were over charged "but not very much." Had to talk to three different employees before any one offered to correct the mistake. Did not offer to refund amount over charged but they offered a replacement meal and when we returned a few days later to get the replacement meal they still didn't get it right. We were just trying to order a three item combo with one side, nothing difficult or out of the ordinary. Food was good except the egg rolls tasted like they were fried in really over used oil, had a little taste of everything that was ever fried in the entire restaurants' history...
