Smoke buddys smoke shop — Local services in Bradford

This is not a knock on the people here. They are wonderful. This is a bad review on whoever does the ordering. We buy a lot of a product monthly. We’ve asked them to keep it in stock. Apparently whoever orders only does it once a month and doesn’t listen to their workers on what needs ordered. That being said, I’ve had to go an hour away to get the product from the same named store when I live 5 min from the Bradford store! Long story short, it’s simple business, if something is selling like mad, you make sure there is plenty in stock!! You don’t order once a month and ignore your employees ordering suggestions!!! Like I said, employees are cool, ordering individual is horrible. Update as of 1/29/23…ordering is still terrible. Employees have no idea when products are coming in. I’ve been asking for the same product for a month now. I get told we don’t know when we will get stuff, we aren’t told, it just shows up. The employees aren’t the problem, it’s the owner!!! I can not praise this place enough! They are so helpful, they have a huge selection of stuff and such friendly people, but I have to single out one person who works there named Wesley, he went above and beyond to help me get a vape, but not only that, when he saw the vape was leaking a little, he gave me a different one that was fine, he has to be the most friendliest workers I have ever talked to ANYWHERE. So Wesley, thank you so very much, you aren't just a great, helpful worker, but you an amazing person....

Sold a faulty vape (reusable not disposable). It didnt work. Came back 3 days later to have it replaced or something. Was told not their problem call the manufacturer..... I've heard though the grapevine that they sell knockoff products and the fact they sell faulty ones and wont replace after only 3 days tells me this maybe true as if they had it from the manufacturer and it was faulty they would be covered under the manufacturer instead of having the consumer do it.
