Rookies Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Bradford

Rookies is a nice sports bar that was renovated only a few years back. There are several televisions, individual tables to sit at and it is smoke-free. The bathrooms are always clean, I don’t know about the men’s room, but in the ladies room there is a large bathroom stall that would fit a wheelchair easily, there’s also a pool table in the bar. There are no steps needed to get into the bar, so a wheelchair would make it in easily. The dining room is a good place for small parties or get togethers, just call and reserve in advance. Had a great time Friday night with my fiancee' Hope Quinn. Elena and Georgia Anne were fantastic bartenders and servers. They deserve a pay raise! It was a pretty good crowd with bike riders visiting for Kids with Cancer benefit. I met John and Lisa, Georgie's Dad and Step Mom. She is the lead singer for Siren's Echo, so check her out when she's performing. Mike Lundy did a gig earlier in the day at Bradford hospital for the kid's benefit, and was generous enough to set up and play that night. Service was slow due to one cook. Waitress didn’t know how big the days special steak was. The nachos were stale and the beef on it had no taste. The home run Ribeye was an absolute strikeout - a steakum with peppers on it. No flavor or taste. After an extended period of time, we finally approached the server & asked why we were still waiting, we just got she back there by herself - on a Saturday night, really 1 cook?!
