If you wish to save yourself a headache and the hassle of finding a replacement hotel in the end, I'd suggest finding this hotel's number in Yellowpages.
I booked through the phone number Google maps gave me and I was told I was good to go, but when I got there to check in, the front desk had no record that I made the reservation in the first place, that they didn't have any 2 bed room available, and informed me that the only place you can find the accurate phone number for them is Yellowpages. Considering both sides were frustrated with the dilemma, the front desk people were polite and pointed me in the direction of another hotel that likely had availability. The number I called sounded like they were in a call center with all the background sounds and hardly able to hear/understand the person on the other end of the line, but he was polite also and luckily I didn't give them my card number since they said I could do that when I checked in..
I'm giving this review a one star because I didn't succeed at getting a hotel room here and having to go through the hassle of finding a different hotel to stay for the night, again not the hotel's fault but whatever call center is connected with the number on here for this...
Read moreI mean I booked the room through my employer discount portal and only paid $32 so I wasn't expecting a great place. This was a lil less nice than my already really low expectations. Check in was easy then we got walked though the high security door up to my "non smoking" room that smelled like cigarettes. None of the 3 employees I interacted with weren't wearing masks which is personally not the end of the world. I first met Maneesh who was very nice and brought us a space heater and a tv remote for the night. His English wasn't the best but luckily I was traveling with a friend who spoke Hindi as well and got everything sorted out. There was another man later on but I never got his name. Throughout the night there was a smoke detector giving off it's low battery warning beep somewhere off in the distance. It couldn't have been ours as our room didn't come equipped with a smoke detector. The next morning I met Steve, a lil rude sounding at first but actually turned out to be a cool guy. I handed him my key and then we were on our way. I would only recommend this place if you're okay with saving a few bucks for the trade-off of being in one of the sketchiest hotels I've...
Read moreWe reserved a king sized bed online and the pictures looked great. When we arrived, the building smelled gross and everything was dirty. The guy at the front didn’t even seem to know what he was doing and told us the city was trying to shut them down. I see why. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We only had a double bed when we booked for a king. The carpet was filthy and the only source of heat was a pipe through a hole above the door. We had my 8 month old son with us. Luckily we got a room with a bathroom but the shower was dirty and there was mold visible on the ceiling and our bed was dirty. The blankets and sheets smelled like must and sweat. We stayed long enough to book another hotel and immediately returned the key and left. The guy told us this was one of the best rooms he had to offer. He also told us that reservations don’t guarantee a room because they give rooms to whoever...
