So I was in Bradford, PA on a random Saturday & wanting a nice cup of coffee. After a quick google search i discovered The Magic Bean Cafè. I pulled up in front of the cafè and parked. Street parking is your only option here. I immediately fell in love with this place. I walked in and was greeted by a wall full of board games. What I loved even more is they were categorized by how long they took to play. They had songs above each section that read 10 minutes, 20 minutes…etc. I saw that my only seating option was going to be tables, but that’s what I normally choose. I was greeted warmly by the host, he handed me a menu & said he’d return shortly to take my order. The menu was pretty cool, the sandwiches were named after movie characters & had every flavor under the sun for your coffee. I ordered “The Cleric” sandwich, much like a turkey club & a mocha cappuccino. The vibe & atmosphere was extremely chill, made for an enjoyable experience here. I spoke with the owner for a few minutes, he informed me that they sell magic the Gathering cards & other games. They also have game nights & game contest. This is a must visit if you’re ever in...

Interesting concept for a cafe - limited hours and menu however with the option to use their board games for a flat fee. I did enjoy the panini (the cleric) although for the price I expected a little more. Coffee/espresso products seem to be a larger part of their offerings with almost too many flavor shots/flavors. For the price of a cold brew I would definitely choose this over say Dunkin. The menu is quite limited so if you're not in the mood for a coffee, panini or board games, you're better off skipping the magic bean. I'll be surprised how this business survives through the pandemic with such a strong focus on handling items complete strangers have also been touching with the large assortment of...

My absolute favorite place in town, hands down! This is our go-to date night spot. They do trivia every Thursday which is always a blast, and the games they have are so much fun!

The coffee is amazing, definitely the best in town. There are so many flavor combinations, but I think my favorite is one of Rocco's specials, White chocolate, raspberry, and lavender. Soooo good! The paninis are super yummy and all named after classes in Magic the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons. This place is nerd heaven.

Seriously, check it out! Fun for the...

Rocky opened this place a few years ago, and I have watched his business grow. The Magic Bean has multiple themes to offer customers. Stop in for an awesome selection of sandwiches, play one of the hundreds of board games while you wait. Schedule your role-playing game in his gaming room. Pick up some of your favorite playing cards. Of course you can enjoy a cup of coffee.

We stopped by after finding this suggestion on google while browsing for food after visiting Kinzua State Park. We are nerds and the D20 caught our eye, so we decided to go the half hour to try it out. Best panini (the cleric) I’ve had in years and the slushie (eldritch horror) was great as well. Thanks for hosting these weary travelers!
