Ross's chicago records was not only over priced, they also have some very rude and disrespectful employees. One woman in the back was great! Didn't get her name, helpful and polite. One man there, a stocky guy with a hat had a serious attitude with me when i inquired about something i had just purchased that look like it has a manufacturer defect. He immediately asked me if i fired it...again just pruchased still in the plastic unused we hadnt even left the store yet. He made a sarcastic comment about deliberately selling broken materials and made me come to the back of the store to check it out. All the way running off at the mouth in the rudest manner possible. He threated to throw me out of "his" store as i tried to explain the situation and that the piece looked broke. I will never return here and will be sure to steer others i know from being disrespected for asking product questions. Worst experience ever. Stay outta...

Was a loyal customer for years, first place I ever bought a dugout. I was a monthly customer buying ALL of my vape juice here The guy working the vape counter knew what he was talking about and was friendly enough but I could see their small selection of 80/20 vg/pg was dwindling (because I was the one buying it) and the store associate reassured me he would replenish it. I returned a month later and purchased the last of the 80/20 juice they had in stock. The associate once again reassured me that he'd order more. 1 month later I return again to realize that the staff member lied and never did order any new 80/20 juice. I was perfectly willing to give them 60 bucks a month until the end of time and made it abundantly clear that it all hinged on maintaining some sort of stock of ANY 80/20 juice. It was glaringly obvious that my needs as a regular customer...

This store has almost everything for the music fan, from vintage vinyl to cool music artist T-shirts. It also features a wide variety of "curios" like incense and fantasy figurines and candles. Collectibles like Samurai swords, and, I could be wrong, but the ONLY place I know of in Kankakee County that sells skateboard supplies and set-ups. An extensive used DVD/Blu-ray collection. And I JUST recently found out about their reptiles they sell, along with reptile food and set-up supplies! I really enjoy this location over their previous one off of Kennedy Dr near Planet Fitness. So much more room, and they carry so much variety now. Their prices are very fair, with a rewards program that gives a really good discount. I'm glad this establishment is still around, which has become almost an institution for "cool stuff" that can't be found...
