I’ve been a retailer and a customer with h.t hackney for over 20 years,never have I imagined this sad experience with one of their driver,he was rude unprofessional and very defiant and not able to preform his job the way it was prescribed to him by his company It was a simple operation,deliver the products to my store and let me check and verify the accuracy of the invoice and to make sure we’ve received everything and we’re not short.but this driver decided since he was on a busy route he was gonna deviate from the norm and and just drop and go showing a lot of arrogance when I addressed the matter.so I complained to his boss and the next time he’s done it again and called me a snitch and addressed it with his boss again and he was too busy praising him and not trying to help the situation,and suggested that he could change the delivery days but it’s going to be inconvenient So the employee did again the third and this I went off on him call the general manager and he said that he no longer wants to do business with us and we should end the business relationship amicably The moral to the story is that this company chose to side with an employee (delivery driver)since there is shortage of delivery drivers rather than stick up for the customer service basics. So we’ve decided to go with Core Marc A much reputable company with branches in North America and Canada serving a bigger market and very famous brands...

I'm a 38yr Professional Driver. When I encounter aggressively insane Drivers representing a Company, I'm simply applaud. I do not do such a Review unless it is extreme circumstances.

04/01/24 7:40am, encountered Driver w/ Truck # 5928. Zigzagging traffic, not using turn singles, tail-gating dangerously, exceeding speed of 70mph (so fast not able to catch up, I sped up and he was still pulling away) in a 50mph, on Daniels Pkwy Ft Myers, FL. Witnessed for roughly 4 miles, and stopping at every traffic light from I-75 heading West.

In image of rear of Truck, showing Truck #, he was in the slow lane. When the light changed, within a 1/2 mile, heavy traffic (normal on Daniels Pkwy), made three lane changes, and turned left at next traffic light.

Seeing other Reviews where people seem to have the same type of Complaints about their Drivers. Apparently this Company has little concern of the quality of employees representing...

The delivery guys for this company are absolutely awful! They pulled in to the store I was at in Kissimmee and pulled in right behind my car to block me in. When I asked them to move they got very rude and told me that I could get out and started telling me to quit being prissy and saying that I act like I have never driven before. The employee at the store also asked them to move so that I could get out and they refused to move. The entire parking lot was empty and they refused to move for me to get to work.
