I drove up just to ask the closest guy which was bubba about a oil change. He started screaming at me saying that this is the inspection lane and then I say well. I was just pulling up to you asking when did you have availability but I never got my question out. He continued to scream at me. I don't know if it's he's in a different mood or if it's because I'm black, but I've never seen so much disrespect in a professional, supposedly environment.
