I don't do bad reviews often but this felt warranted. Along with a bunch of other things, I was trying to buy headphones for my young daughter and wanted to make sure they fit her well. I picked up two and asked if I try them at home and don't like them can I return them? The cashier (Ms Haifa) said no. I asked why? She said because of the COVID thing. I asked so you have a zero return policy right now? I don't see any signs saying that. She said yes, no returns. Yet not a single notice posted regarding not accepting ANY returns due to COVID. Just their normal return policy was posted. I paid and got out of the way so I don't hold up the line and asked another cashier if I can speak to the manager and she pointed me to Ms. Haifa saying she's the manager. So I asked the cashier, do you right now have a no return policy due to COVID? She said no, just the normal policy. I checked the normal policy and (unless I missed something) it did not exclude headphones. Terrible customer service and terrible management. Going back later to return all my items and see what...

Came back to return an item a week after purchase to the same store with original receipt, and was told they do not accept any fragrance returns. They said I should have been told this upon purchase (I was definitely not!) and it should also be written on the back of my receipt (NOPE!).
