went today to look for a pair of shoes during my lunch hour and found one for $80...while waiting in line I noticed the bottom of the price tag seems to have been torn off...after waiting 15 minutes in line I get to the cashier and I informed her of the tag...she then proceeded to call the shoe manager and I was told to wait while they look at the price....after 20 minutes of waiting I approached the cashier again to see what's the hold up...it doesn't take 20 minutes to price check in my experience....the lady said i'll send a manager to come out and speak to you....another 20 minutes later another lady came out this time with the said shoes in question...she said they're the same price but we just had to make sure the tag is right... ( yeah ok lady...they were probably reviewing their cameras to make sure I didn't damage/switch the tags ) I said to her I've wasted my whole lunch hour here waiting is there any way you can give me a discount for my time...she said no...we don't do that ...she said if you want the shoes it's $80 without even offering an apology for the wait...I've been shopping at Nordstroms/Rack for a long time now and have never experienced anything like this....I didn't want the shoes after this experience and left....there are other businesses out there that will...

NOT NORDSTROM here!! 0customer service, coldness, rudeness from male manager(?) answering calls & dealing w orders from Online Nordstrom ā¢Talking back to u as if only task in life, u have is to handle Nordstrom pick up! Probably forgot whatās Nordstrom Known For & Customer Service!!! Few times I picked up easy & all went smooth. Last I waited 27 min in line. Next arrival I called ahed and requested manager to bring item to front b/c I was short in time & had a surprise bday party for my husband. HE REFUSED. Couldnāt understand the circumstances & make an exception. I left town after. Item went back & only one left in my size.. complete JERK! least as compensation for time I wasted last in line! Or fact I was in that store 5x in 2 wks! Iāll leave a Suit To go back im so bothered by it!
Rack-Generally last 5 yrs I Drive to Costa Mesa if I need to pick up 2+ items. Rudeness at dressing room.
call-takes longer than making it to store-literally; waited on line too long decided to run there; and my call got picked-up when I arrived 2nd in line š± 3exits on 91!

I had I think 3 items over the 15 item limit, and understandably was asked to leave 3 items outside my door while I tried on the others. I tried on the others and when I was done my mother went to return some items so I could try on the 3 I had been asked and instructed to leave outside of my door. The items were fully gone, my mother asks her where the clothes are and she says to check the interior racks in the closet walk-in space, or the return rack/racks immediately outside. At some point she says someone wanted to try the items on, which even if they did why would you let them?? And when I go out she deflects and tells me to check the racks outside. I waited an extra 15 minutes, spoke to a tall blonde working there who showed up while I was waiting who was absolutely lovely and let me check items coming out of the dressing rooms.
