I was looking for a good pair of comfortable rain boots, my brother suggested this place, checked them out, they were very accommodating, trial and error, finding a boot that fits. I really appreciated the use of their foot scanning to find a good pair of shoe inserts, made the boot I got feel a lot more comfortable and snug. Finally decided to get a pair of the canyons, even though the Brea store didn’t have them in stock anymore they helped me out by getting them on hold at the Santa Ana store (went to multiple stores and all the employees were knowledgeable and helpful). Brea store just opened up. Great experience and customer service provided. Nice selection and I cant emphasize enough of how great the store employees treated me. Special shout out to Issac, he helped me select some 8 inch traction treads, boot cleaning products and advice on how to keep my 10877s looking great.
