By far the BEST sausages anywhere within the state. The meat quality & butcher shop STILL remains top of the line. So glad that I can still find Mr Antoine champagne's original seasoning here it is the perfect combination for any dish as far as seasoning goes and God knows I've tried them all. My grandmother, Thelma Usie Guidry purchased her sirloin, sausages and marinated pork here for as long as I can recall. I have moved to Lafayette but still make it a point to buy my meat here (or will have my Dad pickup there) when possible. I've been shopping there since I moved to BB from NOLA after the hurricane. They carried my favorite beer at a reasonable price. I bought at least 2 cases a week, and when there, bought groceries even though they were outrageous in their pricing. Even worse now since biden.. Long to short...
