A Creole drive-through and window-order joint that offers down-home cooking that’ll fill you up as if your mom was making dinner. Try the sweet peas! Even the mac-and-cheese has a unique kick.

I have not yet had the pleasure of eating at this establishment as it was closed during my time in Breaux Bridge, but I feel confident in saying that the business is an asset to the community due to its wonderful ownership.

During a day trip to Breaux Bridge from over 60 miles away, my teenage daughter and her friend found themselves stranded when the manager of a chain retailer had my daughter's car towed even though they had shopped at the store and were participating in a local shopping event.

The owner of Creole Lunch Box went out of her way to assist the stranded girls until my husband and I were able to make it to Breaux Bridge. She was so kind to them and defended them, even after the manager called the cops on her for no reason.

I have taught my children that there is more good in this world than evil, and the owner of Creole Lunch Box proved that today. I can only assume the food and service is as good as the owner's heart. I look forward to visiting the restaurant in the...

We were visiting the area and going for air boat rides across from Mona Lisa. Weather came in and we took to Mona Lisa to ride it out. The boat rides cancelled for the rest of the day, but that did not end our unexpected fun. We had the best hurricanes in La at the Mona Lisa. The bar tender was Great! Tony, I'm thinking owner was a great host. The Saints were playing and there's not a person in this place that didn't take us in as friends. The bartenders husband brought us home made brownies. They had food for the game and offered it to us as family. Great place! Friends always! You have to check this place out. Thanks Mona Lisa for makeing our bad day...

Can anyone in this town make a homemade rice dressing? Rice mixed with store bought dressing mix ain't it. Every place I've gotten rice dressing from in this town serves the same thing. Can't tell the difference from any of them. And baked beans should be baked! Not a can of pork and beans with a little molasses heated stove top. Potato salad was okay. Chicken leg quarter grilled on real charcoal. But I've seen bigger leg quarters on a sparrow! And the sausage link was the cheapest sausage I've eaten. I'd rather pay more for quality food than pay less for a cheap,...
