I couldn't find the matching pants for my new suit jacket anywhere in my size, so I bought some that were about 4 inches too long and brought them here. My bill was $10, the fit is great, and I can't tell her stitching from the original stitching. Aside from being shorter, they look exactly like they did when I bought them.

Best of all, I brought them there around 1 pm and they were ready the next day on my way home from work. She has a great attitude, smiling and joking, just a great person with whom to do business.

I have since had her take in some of my regular-cut Tallia sport coats. I'm somewhere between slim and regular fit, so she just took my measurements, worked her magic, and now I have a perfectly-fitting jacket.

Now Khari Williams is the only one in this chain with a negative review. I do not know what may have gone on that day to make her feel she was being dismissed. But, Sophia has older parents who may have needed attention, or Khari could have been having a bad day. Khari, I say give her another opportunity to serve you, as from knowing her, she would not do that to a customer. Call her up for an explanation, and remove your review as it is not even about her work. It seems to be about your hurt feelings, and I am not sure Sophia is the reason for your anger. She's great! Very responsive when I called. Everything was done by the time she told me it would be done and for a reasonable price. The alterations were perfect (it was 2 bridesmaid dresses). Beyond that she is SO nice. I got really lightheaded when she was pinning me and had to sit down. She was so nice and understanding. She got me some water and when I felt better she finished pinning me very quickly. Was a great experience and she's a great person! Would...
