Popper-Razzi Gourmet Popcorn — Local services in Bremen Township

First, let me say, I really like the popcorn. I've spent alot of money at this business. I would stop regularly to buy family members popcorn as well as myself. Today will be my last visit.

The customer service sucks when it comes to this one young man. I've had this young man multiple occasions and he's just not personable. He doesn't say thank you. Didn't hand me my bag, left the bag on the counter and walked away.

I asked are we done? he goes "yeah", and I said facetiously, Well thank you. He has a way of making me feel like I'm disturbing him in order to spend my money.

For me to spend $30 a wap at a popcorn shop in THIS economy, you need to say thank you! Show some form of gratitude for keeping you employed.

I am a Ardent supporter of black owned businesses but the problem I continue to encounter is the lack of professionalism with customer service day in, day out!

There's no way you can sustain a successful business for 17 years with poor customer service. Get it together!!!

And please! Don't let me forget to mention how you have set prices per weight for the popcorn but yet you're not going by the scale you're putting in whatever amount you want in the bag and calling it a day. If eyeballing is the process what's the point of even...

I've been coming to this place since it opened..which is 10/11 years ago and I stopped going to Garrett's pocpcorn, because their popcorn taste so much better. I relocated to Texas in 2013 and everytime I'm in town, I stop by and buy some popcorn when I get here and I buy some to take back, usually the day before or the day I leave. I always like to a take a taste of home back to Texas, with me and I often share. I stopped by yesterday, 4/23 and got my usual, which is a caramel and mo better cheddar mix, with a small bag of cheesed kissed caramel. The cheeses kissed caramel and caramel tasted GREAT as usual, but the mo better cheddar (which I absolutely love, as my ratio is more cheese than caramel) was soft and didn't taste as fresh. This is the first time this has EVER happened. The funny thing is, while at the store they gentleman asked me if I needed a receipt. I joked and said "unless, y'all have changed and are now selling stale popcorn, I'm good." He laughed and responded saying no. Needless to say, I didn't keep the bag of popcorn, I threw it in the garbage. I guess nothing last forever and sometimes companieshave bad days, just like peoole. I moved out of state but come every 4th of July or at least 3x a year and every time I've made it a point to get everyone back home popcorn, I've even referred my local family to paparazzi popcorn and they loved it.. But this time it was not pleasant at all. the popcorn was so stale, I would have brought it back but I had to head to the air port, this was such a let down especially since I'd spoken so highly of Popparazzi, now I'm doubtful that i can trust the quality anymore as this wasn't the first time product has been stale.. please don't serve old popcorn or mix the fresh with old. my purchase was 7/7/2025 -mo betta chedda cheddar kissed carmel. jalapeno cheddar all four bags were mixed, and a waste due to staleness, I strongly encourage customer to tasted the product everytime before...
