Rice Garden — Restaurant in Bremen Township

It's no surprise this place has a poor rating. For starters...the female order taker is extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL with POOR CUSTOMER Service Skills. My family and I placed an order with 3 different menu choices one of which was with shrimp. When our order arrived the delivery guy manipulated a tip by saying he didn't have change. To our surprise we got chicken instead of shrimp. We called to notify the restaurant, the order taker yelled and said that's not we order. She then said she would send out the correct order but I would have to wait and send back the wrong order insinuating we wanted to keep them both. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration by ordering...

I ORDERED THE SZECHUAN CHICKEN ON THURSDAY. IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME. IT TASTED REALLY GOOD. TWO HOURS LATER I WAS ON THE TOILET AND HAVEN’T GOTTEN OFF SINCE THEN. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT TO LET THEM KNOW I HAVE FOOD POISONING. THE WOMAN I SPOKE TO TOLD ME I WAS LYING, PARTLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. SHE INSISTED I GOT SICK FROM SOMETHING ELSE I ATE. IF YOU HAVE EVER HAD FOOD POISONING BEFORE YOU KNOW IT DOESNT TAKE A WHOLE DAY TO GET SICK. I HAVE NOT GONE TO THE HOSPITAL (HAD FOOD POISONING BEFORE YEARS AGO NOT REALLY ANYTHING THEY CAN DO TO HELP YOU). THE WOMAN DIDNT APOLOGIZE, CALLED ME A LIAR SEVERAL TIMES, AND WAS PLAIN RUDE. I WILL NEVER ORDER...

Ordered a lunch special L17 (Governor's Chicken), & received old General Tso's Chicken which hard and completely overcooked...contacted Restaurant and the woman whom took order answered the phone and laughed when I told her my food was old and I wasn't pleased with my delivery, she then said General Tso's Chicken is a different chicken from Orange Chicken (I thought Chicken was Chicken but just cooked many different ways) I asked for replacement order be redeliver and she refused stating it was to far & only want to offer me a credit for a small General Tso's Chicken for next time we ordered...she was rude and very unprofessional and I will not be patronizing this...
