1st of all— I come to this location frequently because the food was usually always fresh & mainly the customer service is always excellent. Not last night. The lady— SHIVANI working the window HAD THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE. They have a 3 for $5 deal. Went to order she says no it’s only thru the app…ok fine. No big deal. I asked her was a I able to grab it from the drive thru or come inside? She act like she didn’t know what I was saying.
Anyhow—I placed my order pull to the window— I explained that it wouldn’t let me select my pieces & she tells me the pieces are already set (leg, wing & thigh). I let her know I don’t eat thighs…she says ok would you like a breast. I say yes please. She comes back to window stating I couldn’t bc it’s more expensive…..mind you it was only $1 upcharge. (And it doesn’t even reflect that on the receipt) When she could have just led with that instead of telling me what I can’t do? It’s ONE dollar? I say ok then can you just cancel it & I’ll order just a regular combo where I can pick my own pieces. She gets rude asf, telling me again what I can & can’t do? At this point I’m irritated cause why are you trying to give me a hard time about some damn chicken????
So I told her ok I’ll just cancel it thru the app then she goes or we can just charge you an extra $1 for the breast. Again YOU COULD HAVE LED WITH THAT INSTEAD OF MAKING IT A BIG DEAL? She proceeds to gaslight me…I let her know she was being a bit rude. I asked for a manager cause at that point idc to deal with her.
She starts getting loud telling me there is no manager there... mind you it was only 8pm. So I start getting loud. I asked her if she was new cause I never seen her at all before she says no she’s been there just never seem working the front or drive thru ( which makes sense cause her customer service is terrible) I was actually baffled with this experience because I’ve NEVERRRR had a terrible experience like that with this location. You have a $27.99, 10 piece special displayed on your screen, the young lady blatantly argued with me and told me you did not have that, even though it was displayed on the screen. She told me the screen said 14 pieces. An older female worker was trying to tell her you had it. She than told me I need a coupon, which I told her I did not because I always get the same thing. Another customer told her she always buy the 10 piece for $27.99 too, and she does not use a coupon. Your drive thru cashier decided to chime in and say it said 14 pieces, your cook decided to come out from the back, like he had something to do with this transaction. Your cashier pulled it up on her screen showing a 10 bundle for $27.99 which is what was displayed on the screen, the young lady said, I don’t know nothing about that. Than she got mad and told the cashier give it to her. She than told the other customer I was trying to tell her the 14 piece special was cheaper. Lies all day long
All she had to do was take the time to read the screen instead of trying to argue. After all that she told me I didn’t have to get loud.
Some of your workers need to learn customer etiquette skills because they DO NOT HAVE THEM. It makes you NOT want to go in there at all.
I ordered the 14 piece because it was cheaper, it was $24.99. The ignorant lady preparing the food gave me 12 pieces instead. The chicken was soggy, and old. I will never go back and spend my money there. Employees don’t realize if it was not for the customers they would not have a job.

Read moreI love Popeyes and have for years. Even though the customer service is terrible 90% of the time I still end up back there. But that is not the case with this location. I will never go back here even if it was the last Popeyes location on earth. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced has been here. A while back I ordered from the drive thru a chicken tender meal and pulled up and paid. After a few minutes they told me to pull to the front and they would bring it out. After about 10 minutes of waiting I finally got out of my car and went in to see where my food was at. They had no idea which order it was and had no plans to bring it out. I could of sat there forever and it would of not came. SO after making the food again and giving me the b ag the don't offer any apology or even care. Fast forward to a little more recently and I go back again. I can't even make this up the same thing happens again but this time they had they food ready but didn't bother bringing it out. So I leave angry just like last time. No to the most recent experience I had. I pull up to order and am waiting several minutes before somebody comes over the speaker and tells me to hold on. As I continue to wait to order a few more minutes pass and another customer comes out from inside the building and looks at me shaking his head and says "don't even do it man it ain't worth it". At this point I am assuming he was inside and walked out without wasting his time. So I drove away and will never be back.
