I have taken 2 different dogs here the first time I went I was nervous because my dog named sousa was a rescue dog she was very leery about strangers and even more so towards men do to most likely being abused by prior owners. When I picked her up she was very happy not nervous or scared of these guys I brought her back several times and she was always comfortable with them that tells me they were very kind to her wich means everything to me. Now my new puppy cringer is a regular and years later after first visit she to receives the same kind experience. I love these guys as do my dogs and thier prices are more than fair. When I took her to PetSmart (just don't do it), they took 8 hours to get her done, she was shaking and distressed. I never took her there again.

This place calls back promptly, keeps the appointments to a reasonable amount of time, and doesn't keep my dog in a cage until I come get her. They know and understand she is not aggressive and treat her kindly and let her walk around the salon because she doesn't bother other dogs. They are a fantastic groomer!! I called at 10:30 Saturday morning and they got me in at 2:00 Saturday afternoon! My dog was well taken care of and smelled great. Her nails were clipped and they had even tied a cute little bandana around her neck! My dog is like my child and this was the first time I had left her at a groomers and not stayed to make sure she was ok. Not only did it take less time than they quoted me but I could tell Billy was committed to taking care of my little angel the way he was cuddling her when he brought her out from the back.
