Iâm not one to leave bad reviews, but after my experience with this place, I have no choice.
I brought my iPhone 13 in to get the screen fixed because I dropped it and it unfortunately cracked. When I got it back the FIRST time, it had a completely blacked out screen when I turned it on. So I had to take it right back to them and Tim said he missed a wire and had to take it apart to fix that issue. That wasnât a big deal.
I then get my phone back from them again, I take it home and I lose service. I canât make any phone calls, canât use my internet and I canât text, even on my home WiFi. So I bring it back again and guess what type of response I first get from the manager, Aaron I believe his name is. âoh I can fire Tim if that makes you happyâ I said âI donât want anyone fired I just want my phone fixed after paying over $200.00.â He then offered my fiancĂ© a free video game and said to come back and speak to Tim.
The following day I did that, i walked in and tried to speak to him. Tim acted as if it wasnât his issue. I then see the manager, Aaron and explain what type of response Iâm getting. Aaron then flat out says to me that he wants to end his life over this, his wife leaving him and he admits that this company he works for doesnât care about customers. Ummm, why would you tell me this, Iâm a customer that paid to get my phone fixed and Iâm upset that it came back in worse condition than before. Mind you Iâm not being rude or yelling, im just explaining the issue to him.
So he threw my 200$ back in my face and said take it somewhere else.
I should have taken it to apple to begin with. Apple told me that these guys replaced my screen with an ANDROID screen and also when apple took my phone apart to fix it the right way, they saw that there were missing parts which is why my phone didnât want to work after I got it back from the other people.

   Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would. Went in for a new screen and walked out with a paper weight. They ruined my phone after two attempts at changing my screen. The first time they left a screw in my phone and the second time, they all together ruined my phone, rendering it useless. So bad so that I had to buy a new phone because of them. I made several attempts, but they refused to give me a refund.
They were very rude and had the worst customer service imaginable. They repeatedly spoke in Arab (about me) in front of me and each claimed to be the manager, so I'm not sure if I ever did speak with an actual manager. When I asked to speak to the owner, they told me, "he's very mean and he won't care" and did not allow me to speak to him.
Beware and don't get scammed like I did!!!! Absolute worst establishment...
   Read moreI have had some good experiences here, but all it takes is one important issue to change my perspective. Itâs ok, but they do not train their employees properly. I was told multiple times on two phone calls that they would order and install a specific battery for my older phone. I patiently waited and called back when they told me to and I get told that none of what I was told is going to happen and it was probably their new employee that gave me the incorrect information... you donât say? So the fact that I talked to different people that all told me the same thing as well as people agreeing in the background just shows the poor training that these employees receive.
