I almost didn't come here but so glad I did. I am not from the area and was looking for Vietnamese food. I tend to stay with more traditional places and often don't like fusion places. So when I saw things like popcorn chicken and french fries on the menu I kinda was hesitant but the photos of the food on here looked great. I have come back 5 times now and tried a large variety of their menu. All of it has been fantastic. The best way I can describe this place is that it is a Vietnamese restaurant with the millennial spin to it. Beef pho was fantastic. Broth tasted traditional and was delicious. I didn't need anything more than the lemon and veggies in it. Noodles cooked perfectly, and the meat tasted good. It was a very satisfying bowl. 9/10. Chicken pho was also good. The meat was slices of chicken breast. I prefer dark meat but the meat was still very tender and good. 8.5/10. Popcorn chicken - 8.5/10. Not quite like the Taiwanese version but this was very Vietnamese flavored inspired. It's salty, crunchy, and I got a large portion of it. Shaken Beef w/ Garlic Noodles - 9/10. Meat was tender and taste fantastic. Garlic noodles were so satisfying. Chinese sausage Fried Rice - 9/10. Chinese sausage is my comfort food and was good with this fried rice dish. Wonton Noodle soup - 9/10. I am very picky about wonton noodle soup. Most places I've been to either don't get the noodles right or the wonton right. I would have preferred char siu in this dish but otherwise the dish was perfect. Salt and pepper squid - 8.5/10. Big pieces of squid, nice and salty. Ate the entire plate myself. Egg roll and spring rolls - 8.5.10 - pretty standard. I absolutely love the carrot and daikon that comes with the egg rolls. Beef chow fun - 7.5/10 - It was pretty standard. I ordered it for take out. Wasn't bad at all but I liked the other dishes much more. Overall, I love the different dishes on the menu. There's still so much more for me to try. I highly recommend this place for Vietnamese food.

This is my second time ordering take-out, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The first time I ordered was when they first opened, and I was weary that the quality would decline as time went on, but I ordered again today and everything was just as good; portions, quality, and taste. I got the Pad Thai and the Spring Rolls both times. The Pad Thai is by far the best in the area locally; lots of protein (chicken, baked tofu, and shrimp) and the noodles are sauced just right. They include chili flakes in one corner in case you want to mix them in to increase spice, which is a nice touch. It's also a hearty meal; more than I can eat in one sitting while also enjoying a spring roll! (Which means I end up with another meal as leftovers, so score!) The spring rolls are wrapped perfectly, and always taste fresh. I love that they're wrapped individually, because it keeps them from sticking together as I've encountered at other places (there are 2 large rolls come in 1 order). The peanut sauce that is included is plenty enough for both rolls, and is delicious! Both times I've picked up I've been greeted with smiling staff, and addressed right away; no awkward standing around which sends my anxiety through the roof. Highly recommended and SO thankful to have them in our community!! *My ONLY complaint is that in the spring rolls, I wish they pulled the mint and cilantro leaves off the stems and discarded those prior to rolling the leaves in the rolls. Instead they include the whole sprig, and something about the texture of those is off-putting to me, so I've ended up fishing them out both times. Maybe they'll see this and make that change!*

So many folks in Brentwood are posting about how nice Moodles is- and everyone is right! Today we got the pho, veg spring rolls w a yummy lime flavor, with an amazing peanut sauce , wonderful veg fried rolls, ( better than most other Asian spots in the area) Also the lemongrass (sandwiches) bahn mi with fries. ( I would like avocado in these veg options but I can always add that at home) My family really liked the seafood Rangoon and seafood noodles. My daughter flew in from Yale wanting pho and ramen so this made her super happy đŸ„° thank you Moodles! Now I hope to see more vegan options esp some Fresh fruit drinks or maybe even Vietnamese crepes đŸ™đŸŒđŸ˜‡ I also love how bright and clean and open the space is and how super PROFESSIONAL and hardworking the staff is. Hope this becomes a Brentwood staple.

If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming spot with incredible food, look no further than Moodles. This little gem has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat, and after just one visit, you’ll understand why.

The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, with warm lighting and a laid-back vibe that makes you feel right at home. It’s the perfect blend of modern and rustic, with just enough charm to make you want to stay a little longer than planned. The staff are just as impressive—they’re attentive, genuinely friendly, and clearly take pride in what they do. You’ll feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in.

Now, onto the food: it’s nothing short of exceptional. The Eye Round Pho is a must-try. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of depth, and the thin slices of beef are perfectly tender. It’s comfort in a bowl, and you’ll find yourself savoring every bite.

The Shaken Beef with Garlic Noodles is another standout. The beef is juicy and expertly cooked, while the garlic noodles are a flavor bomb—silky, aromatic, and absolutely addictive. It’s the kind of dish you dream about long after the meal is over.

And don’t even get me started on the Garlic Chicken Wings. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a garlic glaze that strikes the perfect balance between sweet and savory. These wings are hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had.

Moodles is the kind of place where the food and the experience come together perfectly. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or a celebration, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit. Five stars,...
