I found this place on Google as I was sitting on my couch that had a horrible smell of urine from my son’s dog marking his spot numerous times before we realized it. I had tried all the home remedies without any luck and I was at my whits end with smelling that smell when I sat down so after searching google on Sunday night and making an appointment for Monday they showed up on time, were very honest, personable and detailed. They cleaned the couch corners, the carpet below, then came back on Wednesday for no extra charge and did it again to make sure the smell was gone. Cory and Chandler were very friendly and worked hard to help us understand our options and pick the most cost effective solution to our carpet cleaning needs. We didn't realize when we called that the coupons they offer are only for basic cleaning, but after talking it through, we understood why it was important to pay a little more for additional treatment. The carpet looks great, and they told us to call them if we are unhappy or something happens on the carpet in the next 10 days. They came out the same day we called. Buyer beware as they offer a discount for 5 star reviews!!! I purchased a couch cleaning with the 6 month reclean as a promotion they had going at the time. We have now been no call no showed twice for our 6 month appointment and now that I requested a refund they have cut off all contact and not refunded my money. I had to call 12 times in a row when they stood me up the second time just to get someone on the phone to request my refund. Cost me 2 days off of work for them to not even show up or call.
