Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I absolutely love Taco Bell, it’s my comfort food & has been since I was a teenager, but what happened at this particular location has me so physically sick to my stomach that I will never return.

I went to this Taco Bell every other week or so, I live close by. When placing my order, the woman on the speakerphone usually asks me to repeat myself 2-3 times, so I speak louder and slower for her so that my order is clear, which I guess was interpreted as an attitude of some sort. I made sure to say thank you multiple times to ensure that I did not mean any ill will, I just had to speak louder and more concise so that she could hear me.

Well, I get my food.. and very clear as day there is a BOOGER on the box, inside of the bag. I wanted to barf right then and there. Taco Bell, my childhood staple comfort food, has been officially ruined.

The health department needs to inspect the cameras here, specifically on the date of April 17th 2025, around 2:45pm. This was a very clear health violation that should 10000% be investigated. If I EVER muster up the courage to ever go through a Taco Bell drive-thru again, I’m filming the entire encounter from A-Z; I will 1000% press criminal charges and sue if I ever have issues with this location again. Not that I will be going here anytime soon, if ever again. This was NASTY, traumatizing and beyond unhygienic. Furthermore, there was no altercation for this to even occur, I was very kind and polite after having to yell into the speakerphone to “speak up,” so imagine if there was actually a rude person, and what they would do to your food here. 🤢 I also want other customers...

Worst. "Restaurant". Experience. Ever I thought I was gonna just go grab some Taco Bell and go on w my day. So I go in and only get a burrito and a drink but not only do they mess it up once but twice. But ohhhh wait it gets better. We leave and the manager of the place had his family there and I see him talking to his kids and laugh and look at me in my car. Didn't really think much about it. The kids come up to my window of my car and I roll it down and they throw a ton of random trash into my car for no reason wat so ever. They continue cussing me out and the dad "manager" come and gets in my face and tells me not to mess with his kids and says I'll have to mess with him. I didn't even do anything what so ever. I hope that guy is proud he told his stupid kids to do that. What a great dad. But then the whole staff comes out and tells me I have to leave even though I'm just eating the food I purchased in my car. So the manager gets in my face again and he starts cussing me out and that's where I had enough so I throw all that random trash they threw INTO MY CAR onto the pavement and just leave. I love taco bell but I highly suggest not to give them any business unless you just want to have what happened to me...

I went to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru. I pulled aside after ordering to check everything and noticed they forgot both chips for the chips and cheese dip sides I ordered. (This happens a lot so I wasn't too surprised) I pulled back around in the drive thru and explained I was missing two bags of chips. They told me to pull to the window and asked again what I needed. I explained again that I was missing the two bags of chips for the sides I ordered. They handed me a bag that was folded over and didn't apologize. I didn't realize until after I pulled off that they only gave me ONE bag of chips... after I told them multiple times I was missing 2. I don’t expect 5 star service for a fast food place but I at least expect them to be able to read a screen and follow...
