Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

LIVE ROACH ON SANDWICH MAKING LINE! I love Subway, but I would NEVER go to the 6688 Nolensville store again!!! I was there on Oct 26, 2016. While the man "Krupal" was i making my sandwich, a large roach crawled out of the area where the food is and crawled onto the metal surface where they make sandwiches. I pointed at the roach with shock, Krupal just calmly said "oh, yes, i see it." He killed it, removed gloves, washed hands, put on new gloves, and continued making my sandwich. He did not even clean the counter top!!! I was so shocked I didn't even think to fight the bill or refuse the sandwich. Took the sandwiches home and threw them away. WOULD NEVER WALK into that Subway again. Called store manager (he did not return call). Called corporate. They had store manager call me. He would not refund $, just blamed the "employees". I have now called the health department and written a review because this situation was not satisfactorily addressed. DISGUSTING LOCATION!!! For the sake of other Subway locations, I hope they shut...

Went three for lunch and a big group came in behind me after I placed my Order. Long story short, once the staff at this location gets overwhelmed all care and sense of professionalism fly out the windows. My sub was pulled out of the toaster before it was toasted... items were then put on there WITHOUT me asking for anything. And then the sandwich was promptly bagged and the attention of the employee had spanned out to the next person and I no longer existed... still standing there staring at her with disbelief in what I just watched. Needless to say I did not get my sub and walked out. Tried to call them to talk to a manager after leaving and nobody answers. I call back a few times and they unplug their main line so their phone stops ringing. LOL. Are you kidding me?

Worst. Subway. Experience. Ever.

A couple things: It's a Saturday night. My son and niece wanted to grab subs for dinner. Place doesn't close until 9pm. It's 8:50. They already locked the doors. One employee sitting at a table facing away from the front. We go to open the door. Locked. Knock. Ignored. OPEN sign is even still on. Then they turn the lights off. While we're standing there. Petty. They never honor any coupons.

Don't eat there. They deserve to close. A couple of very nice younger employees (not the ones tonight) who will easily find employment elsewhere because they seem to care.

I'm surprised they are sitting at a 2.8 star average. It should be worse. Plus, they need to fix the lights inside their actual 'SUBWAY' sign on the...
