Southside Strength — Local services in Brentwood

I had been wanting to find a place over the summer for my boys to get some speed and agility training that was close and affordable. I happened to come across an Instagram post about Southside offering a 3x/wk 6 week class starting the next day, so I signed both boys up. Southside has been fantastic for them. The results have been very apparent. Luke and Dexter pay attention to detail when working with them, making sure they are doing each activity with correct form, utilizing their arms properly, etc. It's a great environment with the right mix of toughness but encouragment for young athletes. I joined Southside Strength in December 2018. I am one that has tried every fitness trend and gym and I always get bored and stop seeing the results because my body gets used to the same workouts. I have never done the same workout in any of the bootcamp classes. Luke and Lisa are amazing at adjusting the workouts to your fitness levels and any injuries you have. They also attack the biggest issue most people have, DIET!! Luke changed my mindset on food and that's been the biggest game changer. I was in the Nasville area visiting family and looking for a powerlifting gym to train. In the past I had the opportunity to compete at Southside Strength where a powerlifting meet was held and knew if I was ever in the area again, this I'd where I'd come to train.

This time around when dropping in for a day pass i had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Adam. Adam offers a great environment to train where anyone would feel welcomed. If Powerlifting, Strongman, or just strength training in general is your goal - they have the equipment for it.
