It's amazing to me how some of you write these reviews as if you were some perfect angel in the store when you had a bad experience.
Justin Ullrich, you came in ALL THE TIME and would ignore all the other associates because you only wanted to be waited on by the manager, and when you did allow someone else to help you that WASN'T the manager, you acted like you didn't like the answer they gave you. Also, I was present in the store the day you offered to give a customer your old iPhone instead of staying out of it, and allowing that associate to get the sale. You were literally taking food out of that associate's family's mouths. Stay out of other people's business. You have no idea how difficult it is to make commission in that store. Also, if you hate it so much, STOP GOING IN MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK.
Paigelyn.....sweetie, credit score has nothing to do with a deposit. It's what's ON your credit. Typically, you're charged a deposit for one or more of the following reasons: You owe AT&T, DirecTV, U-Verse, or any other AT&T affiliated company some money, you have another mobile company on your credit that you are behind payments with, or you simply have nothing on your credit. Wait til you buy a house lol....

First of all...that name is ridiculous. Second of all, your ethnicity has ZERO to do with this. Employees are made to follow rules. Out of state ID's are unfortunately a bit of a red flag, since MOST fraudulent accounts are established with an out of state ID. Read moreSo I needed a new telephone and wanting to stay up in time me and my wife decided we were going to buy 5G phones so we went to the AT&T store in Brewton Alabama and spoke with a blonde haired lady and I told her specifically that since Apple didn't have a 5G iPhone that I would wait until Apple came out with a 5G phone. This lady tells us that Apple does have a 5G iPhone now, (the iPhone 11) and so she sold us the phones. (not knowing any better, and trusting that they know what they are talking about). We now find out that the iPhone 11 is not a 5G phone. so we did nothing but spend our money, and we're stuck back in time, as the world moves on in 5G. We have spoken to AT&T about this and they said they would surely be glad to give us an iPhone 12 (That is a 5G phone) but Since the store in Brewton Alabama is not an AT&T store (it is individually owned and not under their control) that it is up to the manager of this store to do something about this. We have been to the store sense, ( this same lady says that she is now manager of the store) and asked the lady why she lied to us? my wife asked her why she lied to us and told us they were 5G phones? she had nothing to say. We have left our phone numbers with the employees at the store for her supervisor to call us. (since he is somewhere down south handling business ) we have not received any phone call yet. If nothing is done about this i will have all my services turned off including my direct tv. Read moreOne of the worse Experiences I've ever had at a at&t store , there was three young black woman working , walked in and none of them got up , didn't think they were going to help us until we walked over to one of them and ends up the one we walk over to is having problems outside the store and has to go to the back , one of the girls has a big rip on the inside of her pants which her leg was hanging out , they didn't know about none of the deals at&t had to offer and they were out of just about every phone at&t sold so now I have to wait on my phone , trust me I'll never go back to at&t in Brewton al , cause one of the deals was any year any condition and I bring in my old at&t phone and they can't do anything with it 1 out of 5 stars they didn't...
