Hibbett — Local services in Brewton

The "sports" in the name refers to "sports apparel", mostly.  Or, mostly at this Hibbett Sports.  The store is primarily clothing, with a scant selection of equipment.  Lots of shoes, though.  Which are clothes, in my estimation.

Helpful staff, clean store.  I bought a Costa t-shirt for the pool ($20 without tax) and poked and prodded around a bit, but couldn't find anything else that I couldn't live without.

To be situated on the outskirts of a small town in the middle of mostly unpopulated woods, you'd think that the parking lot would more spacious.  But no. It is tight, small, and features idiots zooming around at high speed.  Be safe, look twice, and...

The customer services was terrible. There was 3 people working, not one employee ever greeted the customers walking in and was not assisted by neither employee working. The employees were too busy having conversations with each other. And this happens a lot. I decided not to spend my money there. Excellent customer service skills definitely needs to be a requirement...

Every time I’ve come into Hibbett I was always greeted and assisted well by Randall and Ty. I don’t normally buy anything but I like to window shop. It’s like we’ve built a friendship lol!
