This pic n save is lucky that 1 star is as low as it goes. Let me start by saying I haven't been this upset in a long time. I understand that everyone is having issues with staffing but the neglect from the management tonight was unacceptable. Sometimes I get off work after the bank closes and have to cash my check at this pic n save and have never had a problem in the months that I've used their cash checking service. Tonight however I was given every excuse in the book why they would not cash my check. So I asked to speak to a manager and instead of them calling the manager they said there was no manager on duty and that she would be off for the next hour. So I waited the hour and the manager was still not there. Well by this time I was severely aggravated and lost my cool and the manager miraculously showed up in just a second. She was no help with condescending attitude that just made matters worse. I will say that your doors will be closing a lot sooner if you can't keep a consistent policy. Long story short.... Review of Pic’N’Save – Brewton

I had a frustrating experience at Pic’N’Save yesterday. I picked up a pineapple clearly labeled $2.15 in the produce section, but at checkout, I was charged $3.83. When I pointed out the sign, the manager told me the sale price didn’t start until tomorrow — even though nothing on the label indicated that. After I showed him a photo of the sign, he admitted it didn’t mention a date but still claimed it wasn’t false advertising. He did eventually offer the lower price, but only after I insisted.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to pay the advertised price. If signs aren’t accurate or up to date, it’s misleading — and it makes me question whether I’m being overcharged on other items too. I left the store feeling frustrated and...

Ordered a 50 piece mixed fried chicken and a 25 piece mixed baked chicken on July 1st at noon for pick up at 1pm on July 2nd at deli for my mother in law's 80th birthday celebration. Chicken was not ready and we were asked to be patient. This should have been planned as part of scheduling work. Food was finally ready at 1:44pm, 44 minutes late. Will not have my business anymore.
