I have been an AT&T customer for 36 years but due to financial results as a result of Covid-19 I decided to try Cricket. I came into your BREWTON,AL store on Tuesday 5-11-21. You had two phones that I wanted but needed one more. So your Rep was wonderful at helping us decide and then she ordered us one. She explained the PPP and we did all the paperwork for that and was approved. She told us that our other new phone would be here on Monday, so I told her I wanted to wait and do everything then. So we received a call that our phone was in as soon as it came in. We did come in to get the phones and to switch over to Cricket. Tawana waited on us again. She was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to work with us. I had an issue with my debit card not reading on your machine so she made several calls to help me change the card that I had listed with PPP. Still having issues on my part- we told her we was gonna go grab lunch but would return ASAP. I left -called my bank and learned that they had closed one card to activate my new one and that the issue should be good now. We returned to your store -Tawana jumped through more hoops to get our phones unlocked and then helped us to get everything transferred to our 3 new phones and transfer mine over to my existing phone. First off, I didn't even know that Brewton, Alabama had a Cricket Wireless store till I was on my to Wal-Mart to get something. I walk into the store and was greeted by a nice staff. I couldn't remember her name, but she did explain about their phone plans and discounts for bringing in your own current phone. I was very pleases with what they have to offer and it was around time that not only I needed a new phone, but new provider as well. I wasn't pleases with Net 10 as my provider, the phone that I got from Net 10 was garbage, and their selections of phones were out-of-dated. Unlike Cricket Wireless, they had reasonable priced phones and they are update with current phones. So, afterwards I switch to Cricket Wireless and I'm very happy with my current phone. Had a very pleasant experience at this store. Was looking for the new LG V20 and this was the only store out of 4 that I called that had it in stock. The staff was very helpful. I dealt with a nice woman named Julie. She was very helpful in helping me add a new phone and getting it setup up. Also recommend accessories for phone. They did not try to pressure me into any purchase like some of the other AT&T retailers have. Will definitely...
