My company bought a shotgun from them and it was delivered broken, barrel was loose and twisted and the sight was snapped off, they said they needed to contact shipper because of damage and make insurance claim and we are waiting on them,, well 2 months go by and we called them to see,, they told us the same thing yet again, then we received an email saying they got paid for the claim and we needed to ship the gun back so we did,, well more weeks go by so I called and they said they would replace it or refund, well months go by and I had to call them again and they told me that someone messed up and they put the broken gun on their shelf and accidentally sold it to someone, so now they have sold the same broken gun twice and collected the insurance all while selling My purchased gun that was not theirs to resell so I wanted a refund being I can no longer get the shotgun because they sold it, they said they would refund well another month goes by and nothing, I did a charge back through my bank and guess what Bobby's guns is fighting it, clearly ripped our company off, if not corrected with my business ASAP we will move the step forward...

Heard nothing, week later I emailed asking for ship date and tracking, few days later Bobbys Guns & Ammo sent a reply saying the gun would ship this week and would send tracking. Waiting till end of the week nothing, so I called went thru 3 different people, and then was told well, we over sold that gun and we don't have it, but I'v been trying to find you another one, that's why it's taken so long!! WOW, I told him don't you think it would have been good customer service to communicate that to me and let me know? and I kid you not the next words out of his mouth was well I have a different model but its more expensive!!!! I have been in business for over 30 years and would never treat a customer like that, not to mention not one person I talked to offered any apology or anything, almost like me paying them immediately was an inconvenience for them to have to work!!! Read moreRecently purchased a firearm from Bobby's Gun's and Ammo on GunBroker.com but their Seller Name was T and T Outdoors. The e-mails they sent me came from Bobby Gun's and Ammo. The Item I purchased was supposedly in stock until I won the auction, then it needed to be ordered and would take week to come in. Bobby and Lori aren't very responsive to e-mails usually taking 2-days to respond, with excuses and no apologies of course. To add insult to injury, after receiving the firearm and letting me know it finally came in, it took another 2 days to put it in a box and ship it via UPS Ground so I wouldn't receive it for another week. Did I mention the $25.00 shipping fee for UPS Ground? You better believe I'll be giving it a good inspection before I accept it from my FFL and if there's anything wrong it'll be headed back to them so it will be in stock for the next guy. Worst firearm purchase experience in 20 years so they get 1 star because 1/2 a star...
