I visited the location in Brewton Al today and Iām actually very upset right now. Iād like to think of myself as a very considerate person..VERY. Iām in line.. thereās two lanes of course. I pull in the first line that has a truck with a very long trailer behind it. The next lane has one truck being serviced and two vehicles behind it. The first waiting vehicle was pulled up far enough that theyād have to actually back up..along with myself to get into the first line. Theyāre busy so it takes about 15 minutes before the truck ahead of me pulls up. Now Iām aware that two people were waiting ahead of me so the second vehicle thatās waiting in the second lane..I get their attention to allow them to go before me . The person waves me on that itās okay to go ahead. I go to pull ahead and the female āKarenā comes out and stops me. She walks over to the first car in waiting to see if they wanted to āback upā ..have me back up so that they can get ahead of me. They say no because apparently thatās odd to them too ..then she comes to tell me to go ahead and pull in. I asked her if she really tried what I just thought sheād tried. She says first come first serve..and yes mam..I agree to a certain degree. I thought that was a bit of a stretch. If youāre in one of two active lines in a grocery store have you ever seen the cashier stop the next customer in her line to offer a customer in another line with two customers with buggies in behind them to come on over. I always see advertisements in this town about shopping local..THIS is why I rarely do. Customer service sucks on another level in this town. I will never return to this location again. (**In response to the business responding to my response. I did say that I offered the next person that was in a convenient spot to get ahead of me to do so. Iāve never seen any oil changing business of your kind go through such great lengths as it would have taken in that situation to support your policy. Also in just being a regular there Iāve never seen first come first serve so orchestrated. Never mind it all. You have lost a customer....

Didnāt know how to reset the oil change lightā¦.that wasnāt the worst part. I asked them if they checked the coolant and was told yes but we are out of coolant a your car is low. Was I not going to be told this if I didnāt ask? They were also females, one in particular, and was trying to be funny and cute. Hire people that know what they are doing and that try to be...

Had my oil changed, cabin air filter changed, air filter changed, and had a tire rotation done. Received a 10% discount, and was in and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. They didn't have my air filter in stock, but they ordered one and had it there within a few minutes.
