This place used to be my go to place as it was convenient when other options were not available but lately it is hit or miss and I’m convinced that it depends on which staff members are working. On Friday 2/11/22 around 7:20 pm I brought my 10 year old daughter in who was complaining of a headache for half the day. The girl at the desk started asking routine health questions with her arms folded across her chest like we were bothering her simply by being there. I explained her symptoms and was told “sorry that’s an outside appointment and they are closed for the night.” I was baffled because it is supposed to be an urgent care (open till 8 pm) and they should be able to handle a headache inside or outside of the building. When I asked the girl if she was seriously denying us medical attention, she and the other snarky woman on duty explained they don’t make the rules but that she would ask the doctor if he would make an exception. Seriously??? 2 seconds later she comes back and says “no he won’t see her inside the building” but that they could see her outside tomorrow. I said no that’s not good enough and where am I supposed to go this late? To which she responded if I was that concerned that I should take her to the ER. UNACCEPTABLE. Now I’m completely appalled at the way this is going but this woman lacking all compassion asks me “well is she vaccinated” Curiosity got the best of me I couldn’t help it I had to ask “What difference does that make?” This woman actually tells me that the dr on duty actually prefers to only see vaccinated patients. We have entered the twilight zone!!! I reminded her that he is a medical professional and cannot pick and choose who he treats. This place is completely and totally unethical! The staff is rude and uncaring and I will be reporting them to the department of health. Bottom line… if they are open until 8 pm then they should see anyone for any reason regardless of whether the outside testing is open or not. If they are that concerned for the well being of sick patients inside then maybe they should make outside accommodations for patients to be seen in the dark. Not a rocket scientist here but seriously these people should not be in the medical field if they are afraid of...

Dr OKeefe handled my case very irresponsibly, I ultimately received no care or medicine despite paying $125 for the visit out of pocket.
I came in with COVID having tested positive at home that morning. I drove 30 minutes to get there by myself when I was exhausted, waited for an hour despite being the only person in the waiting room. Finally Dr. OKeefe agrees to prescribe paxlovid if I test positive in the office, and administers a rapid test. I never saw the results but she claimed it was negative, I assume so they can collect the fees on the PCR. So she took a PCR sample and tells me she can only send paxlovid when it comes back positive in 2 days, knowing full well that’s outside the window where taking paxlovid is recommended.
That night I had a high fever and called her office, and left a message. The next morning when they opened I called again and was told she was seeing patients and they left a message, I called again a couple hours later having heard nothing back, at 12:30 PM and was told that she was still seeing patients by a different receptionist. I called back a few minutes later to emphasize the time sensitivity of my case, and I’m told that she has actually already left for the day and for the weekend without reviewing my test results or following up on any of the messages that I left for her. The 2nd (male) receptionist I spoke with clearly had no idea what was going on and had no qualms about lying to me. Christine was very helpful and I really appreciate that.
I’ve since tested positive multiple times at home and have suffered high fevers and all the symptoms unnecessarily without medicine because of Dr....
Read moreIf I could give less then one star I would I have never been treated worse... came in yesterday for a walk in to see a physician about an ear infection I’m currently struggling with. When I got there their was nobody in the vestibule to take my temp so I gently knocked on the door to make sure they knew someone was waiting. No answer. After a while I cracked the door open and let them know I was outside and needed to see a physician about an ear infection. The woman who was working immediately and quite frantically yelled at me to stay in the vestibule which I did and she hurried out the other door. She did not even bring a thermometer. Upon her arrival she immediately told me covid testing is done for the day. I said I’m here to see a physician, I believe I have an ear infection. She then raddled off a list of symptoms attributed to covid 19 and asked me if I had any which I did not except a fever (which is most likely from my ear infection).. I told her my symptoms and she immediately started yelling at my boyfriend and I to get out because covid testing is done for the day I kept trying to tell her I need a physician to get antibiotic and she continued to talk over me and scream that covid testing ended at 2pm. Some words were exchanged and I walked out. She then, hearing my boyfriend and I talking about how nasty she was decided to open the door and yell out into the parking at us about how she “is not a bitch” yadda yadda yadda. This is honestly the worst place ever I literally just needed a doctor to get antibiotic. This woman screamed in my face and also made me cry a little whilst returning to my car. I do not recommend to anyone and I am also going to file an...
