Atlantic Bagel Company — Restaurant in Brick Township

Saw this bagel shop yesterday driving down Rt.88 and decided to try it this morning. Very glad I did. Bagels are great, and the sandwiches were delicious. The Bagels are just right as far as thickness goes, and well cooked, which is the only way to cook a bagel. Nothing appetizing or enjoyable about a big fat wad of bagel dough that's undercooked. They have Boars Head and other top quality sandwich meats which is another deal breaker for me. Not implying their prices are high, but I'll gladly pay a little more for quality any day of the week! The staff is friendly and they don't act like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to give them your business. Lol. And the place is spotless clean too, which is HUGE!! Definitely be going back. One suggestion for the proprietor...Don't change anything! You know the old saying..."If it ain't broke don't fix it." Best of luck with your store!...

The staff here are super nice — they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience went downhill when I tried to place my order. As I was about to pay, I was told there’s a $20 minimum for credit card purchases. I didn’t have cash on me, so I had to walk away without getting anything. Honestly, that’s ridiculous — I’ve never seen a $20 minimum just to buy a bagel and a Coffee. Really disappointing because the service seemed great otherwise!.

Totally understand.. actually ended up going there Barons bagels, they have a minimum too, but the good thing about them is they gave me a different payment method that I was able to use and it was a win-win for...

Very rude customer service. We came in 45 minutes before closing and placed somewhat of a big order which shouldn’t be a problem if you’re still open, the lady who took our order walked up to us with an attitude and continued to roll her eyes and scoff in our face as we were placing our order. She then proceeded to mention the price of our order as if money was a problem and we couldn’t afford it. My wife is pregnant and was really looking forward to the food here but we won’t be back after this incident. If I could leave a 0 star review I would,...
