Jersey Farms — Local services in Brick Township

My husband who forgot his wallet this morning came here today and tried to use his Samsung pay on his phone to get himself some breakfast and the woman at the front register gave him a complete unnecessary attitude and refused to let him try to pay for his food. She was very belligerent and told him he was wasting her time. My husband is a hard working man and not some lazy bum and the least the woman could do is let him TRY. Nice way to treat someone who served 20 years in the military, let alone anyone for that matter. There was also a gentleman who was interested in purchasing a breakfast platter and she gave him a hard time as well. When he had gone up to the register to pay for the platter the women said she didn't know what he wanted and didn't know what was in his breakfast platter and that she's not a mind reader. Loved this place for years, the past 2 times the employees haven't been helpful and seem disinterested, the man in the tea house was friendly and outgoing, the young lady at the register was either new or filling in, couldn't answer any inquiries. It's a beautiful store, it however isn't what it once was, the employees used to engage and be engaged, love plants, I work with plants and this place was a jewel box for people like me, who wanted something interesting and different for my own collection, and I miss the displays done by the owners daughter, they were extraordinary, unlike anything around. Sean the cook from morning until about 4 at Jersey Farms lanes Mill Rd. brick is an amazing cook. He truly knows how to make your food taste like a home cooked meal. He’s super clean.
