Ming Town — Restaurant in Brick Township

Worst ever! I called at 6:55pm. Girl answering phone asked for my phone number, which I gave her and said it was my cell, she repeated my house address (I was a returning customer), she then took my order, gave me total and told me they'd be there in half an hour. An hour later, I called back because I still hadn't received my order and she told me driver was on his way. Half an hour after that, I called again to cancel the order. I mean really? An hour and a half?!?! Same girl answers phone, when I tell her I am cancelling the order because I am done waiting, she tells me to hold on and puts some guy on the phone. He then asks me if I want an order delivered, I said no, I'm cancelling the order, that I waited an hour and a half and that this was now my third phone call. He asked what I ordered. I said I wasn't repeating the entire order but it was $50.38 and was being delivered. He starts yelling at me that my order was sitting there for a long time, that I said I was picking it up and didn't leave a phone number or address. WTH?!?! I said exactly what I wrote above. He asked if I wanted it delivered now. I said no, I didn't. It would be cold. Plus, there was an order with shrimp. I told him we were never using them again. Ridiculous. We threw away the menu. If you are hungry, don't go here. Food isn't even that great, so not a big loss. Terrible...

If I could give no stars I would !!!! Out of all of the Chinese places I’ve ordered from this is by far the WORST. Not only did they take an hour to get to us and lie about where the driver was but they forgot our sauce for the dumplings. As if that wasn’t disappointing enough, there was HAIR in the chicken and broccoli and not one, not two, but FOUR pieces of black hair found in the Lo mein. ! When we called to alert the business they were absolutely rude, and the man on the phone cointinued to scream at us that we can only get more food (which we were turned off from eating.) So now we have $40 worth of Chinese food in the trash!!!! We are so disappointed and disgusted. Please do not order from here, it is a waste of time and money ! We will be ordering from another place...

2 times in a row they messed up the order. Not to mention the many other times we ordered from them. Anytime its a big family order they mess it up. Then they wanted to charge again for the missing items. They look at you like your crazy when they screw up. The food is decent but I think I'm going to switch to Mings Village on New Hampshire rd. Tired of going to them because it's a short drive. Also depending who is working depends on how...
