Wawa — Restaurant in Brick Township

I have never before had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with such rude, appalling, careless behavior from the majority of employees and one specific manager. The majority of the staff here are clearly here just for a paycheck and it shows. Food/beverage wise - I've had missing items on orders, specialty hot chocolate that was cold and barely filled, been told a soup I order daily was "dumped for the day” even though it was available on the touch ordering screen. The final unforgivable straw was yesterday when I came in with an emergency (I only live a few blocks from this location) and the "manager" was cold and reluctant to help. I was panicked and desperate. I had a dead cell phone and no means of contacting anyone for the emergency I was facing. The "manager" without really even checking if she could help - just coldly told me she "could not help me" and walked away. A young employee seemed more concerned for me than this "manager" did. The "managers" attitude about the emergency I was in - was absolutely abhorrent. I would visit this Wawa every morning before work but after the disgusting attitude and lack of compassion from this certain "manager" - I will NEVER be giving this location my business again and advising others not to as well. This location especially the one "manager" needs to be looked into. I'm not the only one who has experienced unpleasant and unfortunate incidents with the majority of the employees carelessness here and I'm sure I won't be the last. Definitely...

Yesterday evening, I had a terrible experience at the gas station. Despite asking for $10 worth of gasoline twice, the attendant filled up the entire tank, resulting in a charge of $56.84 When I questioned the error politely, the attendant responded with arrogance, claiming that I had instructed him to fill the tank. Store is always dirty garbages are never empty always full...coffee table and sections are dirty and disgusting the managers and assistants should be ashamed............I continue to go out of my way to go to another store it's a shame cause it's a remodeled...
