I bought 2012 Volvo S60 $7000. Dec. 2024. It had issues with the battery warning light coming on from purchase, Dealer fixed, as low battery. Then, couple of days later, no headlights, Dealer fixed, then no blinkers, again Dealer fixed. Dealer was more than happy to act like they fixed it. NO, they prolonged the repairs with band-aids; until, 1682 miles & 5 months later, car died on side of road. It’s towed back to Dealer. Timing belt. Dealer, again, acts more than happy to fix, now I have to pay all labor & parts. 2 months later no plan of action to fix & I have no car, Dealer still telling me he is working on it, he can’t figure out a solution, he says. Now, the car is back in his lot & I have no car. He received $5500. From me & refused to fix or trade for a lesser value vehicle. Jimmy & his staff took advantage that I am retired & do not drive far. So the warranty was a joke, I returned with the car several times. Look at BBB rating it’s a “D”. I should have! Everyone told me, “worst Dealer in town, don’t buy there”, I did anyway because I didn’t think a bigger Dealership would finance me. Turns out, Pinebelt, financed a brand new car, for me, July 2025. So, try other places, I didn’t think I would qualify at a real Dealership & sold myself short, I don’t want others make the same mistake! Careful of wolves in sheep clothing, they are the worst! Oh, in middle of all this, Jimmy the owner, tells me his brother-in-law had a car accident in 1 of his vehicles, same time, as mine broke down, that’s why I was ignored for 1 month. Guess I was lucky to only break down, no accident involved. Jimmy, did not call, & refused to speak with me face-to-face, at shop, after car broke down. Also, Jimmy, owner, over the phone, told me, “its luck of the draw”; so, if you choose to roll the dice, Jimmy’s waiting! Leonard Perry Motors...

UPDATE****** It’s about 4 months later after purchasing my car with Jimmy. I was in an accident 2 weeks ago through No fault of my own and my car was totaled!!!! I called Joe ASAP and the first thing he asked me is if I was ok!!! I loved that!! He then assured me not to worry that he would get me into another car!! I went yesterday and saw Joe and Rob and both of them understanding that I’m working with minimal funds, worked with me and set me up with a new car!!! I can not say enough good things about the gentleman at this dealership. You guys rock!!! Thank you a million times* If I could give 10 stars I would!! The entire staff is great! Including Mark!!!! Britney worked diligently to ensure I got THE BEST DEAL!! Joe was fabulous too. Jimmy, the owner, greeted me and treated me with the utmost respect. This guy is so great I’m considering getting his name tattooed on me! I love my new car. I brought a friend with me who knew about cars and he checked everything. Rest assured the undercarriage and under the hood were in beautiful condition. This is my first car and they hooked up the best auto insurance deal as well. They worked extra hard to make sure I drove off in my new car. I highly recommend Leonard Perry Motors!! Update! I brought my car in for repairs and true to his word Jimmy installed brand new brakes and routers just like he promised. Another 10 star review...

I drove 2.5 hours from PA to see the Avalanche they had posted on CarGurus. I was a bit skeptical about driving such a distance, but decided to take a chance... Chuck comes out to introduce himself and asked if he could help me. I told what I came to see and he pointed me towards it. No pressure, no constant sales pitches... Just simple and relaxed. I test drove the vehicle and decided I wanted it I came inside and asked if I could get the Avalanche up on a lift so that I could check out the truck from underneath... Just to make sure it was indeed what I wanted. Inside was Jimmy. He said "no problem, give me moment to arrange that for you" . That was a pleasant surprise I checked it out and yes I decided to purchase it. So now the funof nnegotiating begins... Or so I thought I was extremely surprised and pleased that it wasn't so bad ... Chuck and Jimmy worked very hard to make this deal work for me as best they could. From price to financing, these guys went out of their way to get me an amazing deal. I've never had such a smooth and pleasant experience with any car dealer. Chuck and Jimmy at Leonard Perry Motors are top notch and not only would I gladly do business with them again, I also recommend them to everyone who wants a quality vehicle, great price and a stress free experience... I'm glad I did that 2.5...
