Party Fair — Local services in Brick Township

I had literally the worst experience in this store. I went in for my daughters third birthday. I was trying tiaras on her when they asked if they could check me out. I had just got there? They looked annoyed when I said we were going to shop more. We walked around a bit then checked out and went to get balloons. I mentioned it was my daughters birthday the next day. The girl just stared at me. I said maybe I need a number? She didn't help me at all. She just stared at me with a nasty look. I finally picked out something myself. Then a male employee walked up and rudely says that my daughter put a toy flute in her mouth and rings it up and throws it in my bag. I was flabbergasted. I couldn't believe I was just forced to pay for something. I left the store and came back and asked to return everything but offered to pay for the flute. It was .89. You think they'd eat the cost. I didn't see her put it in her mouth but if she did I'll pay it. But to just force someone to pay it. Don't put it so low where kids are going to pick it up. The male employee started yelling at me and yelling how my daughter is annoying. I couldn't believe this was even happening. I have three kids and I've never had anything like this happen. The employees sit up front and gossip about everyone walking around the store. It's a miracle this place...

They have a great selection , almost everything you could be looking for. I wouldn't go for arches and larger balloon displays especially since there is no guarantee or great customer service on that end but they do a REALLY nice job with helium clusters. Prices are higher from the competition, but usually Party Fair locations are spread out enough where it is closer to the neighborhood they are in and where it may cost more, it takes away the inconvenience of a further drive...

the young girls working here are extremely unprofessional. From the time that i walked in to the time that i left, all they talked about what snacks they were having or complaining about “not their type of music” being played. I come here very often and usually spend a decent amount of money and would prefer not to hear about their social life. Very unprofessional. I’d rather travel 30 minutes out of my way to go to the Toms River location than...
