i got a quick bite to eat (fries and diet coke) and i used their restroom to change into my work uniform. i get home after work, and realize i don’t have an item of clothing, i forgot/dropped it in the restroom there on my way out. i have looked everywhere and cannot find it at all. i tried calling (eight times) to see if someone found my pair of shorts and finally someone answered, then hung up. i was over it, drove there, the young lady (09/22/2025) was like “no we didn’t find anything, we just cleaned the bathroom” , i tell her that i changed there at 3:45pm-ish, she briefly looks at the desk behind her and says “yeah we didn’t find anything” i ask her, “do you think someone threw them out?” she said “maybe” … hmm okay… “i know it sounds silly but it’s a pair of nice biker shorts, and i just really wanna find them” she was no help at all.

i just called back and asked if she could take down my name and number, she’s like “well if they threw them out , they’re in the dumpster and i’m not dumpster diving for your clothes” … okay like a) no one asked you to do that. b) as a customer i would appreciate if you took down my number as a courtesy just incase you find it just like any decent human would do.

i was met with extreme sarcastic and just plain rude responses and tone. she has been sweet to me before & maybe this was an off day, but i work in retail and food industries and would never do that to someone, a couple days ago someone lost their phone, they called it and i made sure to get their information, charged it for them and put it in the safe for them to pick up the next day.

learn empathy, just because it’s not important to you, doesn’t mean it’s not important to someone else. it’s my property and if me leaving my name and number is going to make me feel somewhat better then let me leave it without being belittled.

Had the worst experience ever. Went to the drive thru told the person taking the order I had a coupon for a large whopper meal. I asked for cheese and a Diet Coke with it. Drive up paid $11.72. And got handed the smallest drink cup when I asked if it was a large she said no you ordered a value meal. I told her to look at the coupon I handed her that’s what I ordered. She the. Told her co worker that I didn’t order a value meal and he stayed very very loudly “THAT WASNT TOLD TO ME” over and over. I said yes it was. He slammed the window shut and kept saying things about having to void the transaction out. And re do it. He handed me my receipt for the refund and yelled at me how he had to do it over and then said it was almost $15 for the new total when I asked how it was more out of curiosity he yelled I just told you I had to do it over and slammed the window shut again. I waited another five minutes wondering if I should drive away or if they were completing my order. When the girl came to the window and handed me my bag and rang me up. When I asked what the man’s name was she said I’m not goin to tell you that. When did it become acceptable for workers to withhold names of employees that give horrible customer service. But I told her that’s ok I’ll find out and call corporate. They should send some secret shoppers to this location to see how badly people are being treated. I was afraid to eat my $16 worth of food for fear that they tampered with it. When I told the kid to calm down when he yelled at me and to stop drinking coffee to try and lighten things up he lost his mind.
