Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brick Township

Taco Bell is usually one of my "Go To's" , when I don't feel like cooking, want something quick, but want something more than the same old burger and fries at every other fast food place. But being honest, recently every time I go there, everything I get, is a sloppy mess, the meat is falling out and the sauce is all over the place. I'm always missing something I ordered. It seems like they don't take the time to prepare the food correctly. But big bonus stars on the nacho fries!!! They are awesome they taste so so good. I mean I had to go back inside and buy another order of them cus they were so good, they were so good that I sent to taco Bell specifically to order just the nacho fries BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY AREN'T SELLING THEM ANYMORE, THAT IT WAS JUST A PROMOTIONAL THING!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON WHY I DROVE THERE, SO I JUST LEFT. Like really why would you add a new food item just to take it off. Bad idea...

This location is the absolute WORST in terms of delivery orders. 10/10 times they forget an item, forget all sauces and straws/utensils, or just completely send the wrong order (like tonight). Their staff is less than helpful in resolving these issues and actually come off as smug when I've contacted them multiple times in the past politely expressing my concerns (woman "manager" working the night of 9/10 should not be working in a management position for instance).

When paying a premium for delivery (minimum $15+ compared to going to the store), and the fact that no other nearby locations have these issues makes this inenexcusable.

I highly recommend not choosing ANY delivery method from this location - whether 3rd party or via the mobile app. And I also recommend not frequenting this location all together unless you are fine with a subpar ordering experience and children not caring about how you spend your hard...

Ever since they remodeled they force Doordash Drivers Uber Eats and Online Pick ups to wait in the small cramped lobby for orders so they can keep their drive through times down and don’t have to make the orders for the delivery drivers and online pick ups and I was there multiple times where I waited an hour for them to ignore every single one of us drivers there were at least 20 plus drivers that came an left bc they didn’t want to wait no more… They do the drive through orders as they come while filling maybe one or two orders every 20-30 minutes and ignore us calling for them and when there are 30 plus orders for online and delivery pick ups you’ll be waiting for ever and they refuse to help you at all… I’m sorry but that’s pure laziness on the workers part and how management allows it bc it keep the drive through times down...
