I raised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars on January 2, 2024. Please read the entire rating. I am about to stop shopping here, the grocery shelves are ALWAYS half empty. Forget about the produce, frozen foods, toilet paper, paper towels and the list goes on. Who ever is running the grocery end of the store needs some more training. I thought Target wanted to expand their grocery department, not turn customers away. UP DATE. 05-09-19 Today I went to Target with a small list of five ordinary household items to purchase. I checked their web page to insure the item I needed were in stock. Well only THREE of the FIVE items that their web page said they had, were in stock. i feel like I was screwed and wasted my time when I could have just gone down the road and got everything I wanted. I don't know who runs this store but whomever it is should be demoted. How can you operate a store when a customer can only purchase 40% of their shopping list? Can anyone imagine how much money this store loses in sales everyday because of unstocked shelves? I would try to avoid this store at all costs. Review update 05-20-19. I went back to this store to pick up a few items like seltzer in cans and they did not have any. I added a few photos to show what the store looked like at 1:30 in the afternoon. Updated 01-02-2024 I went back to give them another try since I have to pick items up from CVS. I have to change my rating since the store is much better stocked. The main aisles have a much nicer appearance with a much less cluttered look. The weakest link or the achilles heel for this store is the checkout. I never ever buy anything here during any holiday because of the checkout lines.

Be careful and check prices when shopping at Target. Today my daughter asked me to take her to Target to buy a birthday present. When we were choosing, we saw the price on the label and it didn't seem bad to us, but when we went to pay, the price was higher. Because of our budget, we decided to ask for help eliminating two items, and the employee changed the price. However, she didn't change the other two. I asked her why the mistake was made, and she said, "I don't know." I know that many times we trust each other and don't check, but to me, this is illegal and deceptive selling. Money isn't just a gift, we have to work to earn it, and it's not fair that they take advantage of our customers and our budgets. My daughter earned that money working hard in the summer to have a nice little something for her mom. Who knows how many other people this hasn't happened to and don't realize it, and that's why today I'm leaving you with the evidence so that you can be aware and not have your money stolen with altered prices at checkout.

This place has really gone downhill fast. Not sure if they are redoing protocols or staff but there are carts overflowing everywhere or extra goods that frankly don't look salvageable. Plus all the returns get stacked on the floor on top of one another breaking and falling on staff. They got rid of curbside pickup. So now you have to go to the front of the store and wait in returns line to be scanned. Then wait 30min since all of the pick up items are all the way back in dry dock, so it takes forever to print out each list and pick each of them up and then bring them all the way back to the front. Just skip that and go buy the item. Tons of people just did that after waiting and weren't in the 1st order. But problem is it states you picked it up right after scanning, so you are kind of stuck waiting anyway. Definitely don't blame the poor workers; this is all a management issue.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service here was beyond rude and unacceptable. I had bought an Apple Watch which ended up not charging and after trying to return it they didn’t have any left, and then didn’t let me get my money back. It was sold to me with a dead battery and the associates did absolutely nothing to help me. They said I was out of luck which is unbelievable. When I tried to return it the First Lady said to go back and get a new one and if there was none left I could get my money back, then the tech people said they had none and I could go up to get my money back. When greeted at the service desk for the second time after going to tech, she gave me an attitude saying she can do nothing and to talk to someone else about it and to take the next person in line. She was the most rude employee i wish i got her name but I didn’t. She is a black girl with long nails and braids, absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you can’t assist people who have an issue with a product don’t work in that field. This was the worst experience I ever had here. There was no communication whatsoever between the employees and I was fed the wrong information not once...

I would put 5 stars because I LOVE Target... but after notifying the staff and managers multiple times over the past few months (5 to be exact plus contacted Target through the chat option on the website) that there is SO much garbage along the tree line of the parking lot, nobody seems to care. It’s disgusting and they are blaming PC Richards that’s located next door even though it’s their customers garbage. I can’t believe that nobody wants to take responsibility for this. The same garbage has been sitting out for at least 8-9 months. Tonight, I saw that someone left a bunch plastic pots of dying flowers in a parking space and on the grass along the tree line. I’m sure they’ll be there forever until I go back and complain about it. This is just going to fall on deaf ears once again, I don’t even know why I’m bothering to complain about it anymore. Hopefully someone will do something since I’m trying different outlets to talk about the ignored subject. Managers and Didtrict Managers - Take responsibility, figure out a way with PC Richards to clean up your massive amount of trash that your customers are leaving on a regular basis! I’m disgusted that you’ve let this go on so long. What an...
