If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid $4,558.20 in full before the mattress were even brought to the house. The mattress arrived 6/05 but was not used until 6/20 and was sunken in on both sides of the bed by 6/22. I was then shipped a new pump but was told to install myself, my husband was then underneath the bed frame installing the new pump with assistance from customer service on the other line walking him through each step. The new pump that was given still didn't work and then my husband and I were sleeping downstairs on the couch and an air mattress until service call guys came on 7/03 when they told us that they were the only ones who could properly connect the pump to the mattress because the wifi needed to be connected through their system.
That week the app was not registering data. On 7/09, the bed was sunken in again and we programmed both sides of the bed to 100, but a couple hours later, would deflate again. On 7/11, the app reflected that both sides of the mattress were still programmed to 100, despite having a huge ditch on the one side of the bed. Called customer service on 7/12, spoke to 3 people, including Rolanda who continuously spoke over me and patronized me throughout the call. She explained that the issue was with the wifi, even though we have a router directly in front of our bed. She also explained that we can only return the mattress, but $250 pick up fee would be deducted from the refund and the $2,000 base was for final sale. I now have to wait an additional 18 days for the mattress to be picked up on 7/30 and I will only receive the partial refund sometime during the week of 8/05.
This has been one of the worst experiences that my husband and I have been through. And when you do call for a service, they only come out at their own convenience, which could take longer than a weeks time.

Very disappointed. After looking for months for a mattress we thought sleep number was gonna be a good mattress along with great service. We received our mattress today and was told our bedframe can not work with it. After i went into the store and showed pictures and was told it would work. So i said fine lets figure out a how to fix the issue because i work in customer service as well and understand things happen. I called my contractor to now mount headboard to the wall and that would work. But now I would just need some one to come out and put everything together for me. I called the number they give me and asked if someone can please come out Friday and do this. But was told they cant do anything until the oct 24. That to me was not right for someone who is spending $8,700 for something to now sit in my garage that i cant even use now i am going to be sleeping on the floor with the mattress. I AM IN DISBELIF THAT WOULD EVEN HAPPEN! Then call the store and there is nothing they can really do they just sell the product don't deal with delivery of it. Which i do understand but they should try and help me out. The way I see it is they took my money and on to next customer. So now i will be putting together my own adjustable bed. The mattress arrived and then horrible customer service via phone went on for three days with sleep number. I paid for someone to come set up mattress. They advised that they only come to my area on Wednesday and would have to wait weeks until a Wednesday could work with their schedule. Meanwhile I paid$500 for tech appt and new mattress sitting here until a Wednesday worked for them! I finally in tears called the store where I purchased this bed originally in Brick NJ. Anthony was so kind. Listened to me. And arranged for me to get on the upcoming Wednesday schedule. I cannot thank him enough. The customer service via the sleep number is atrocious. When I paid $190 for tech visit and over $200 for my part of warranty?So total $ 500 on a bed that I already paid thousands for on credit for years! And I am told when I ordered new mattress that they would get someone there but not told it would take 6 weeks I was mislead it would take six weeks!!!
